I’ve watched a lot of videos on explosive training specificto jumping higher. This is the best to the point one I’ve watched. Props bro.

Interesting. I'm going to be the first man to two hand dunk in his 60s. Did a year of rehab, what you call mobility and hip work, but also including decalcification of the spine, and now trying to figure training to get a few more inches in my vertical. Love that you train barefoot and do all that stability work, I'll try polarizing my training with more rest and more intensity.

Really 2 months.. your content is great but that is like saying i went from 25 inch vertical to 40 inch vertical. Either the person was really untrained or previously had a high vertical and got back into routine. But again great content and any athlete or a person wants to be more resilient or dynamic will benefit from his

Hey i really love your stuff man, quick question getting in shape through sports: -- you said you dident ball on your rest days what do you exactly mean and what are your thoughts on my current training type compared to what you talked on?
Im a "soccer" player and through what i do currently is Max sprint and max jump and some plyos first thing of the day 2x a week. but i still do my sport specific work, and some cross training on my other days i do cross training as keeping in top shape around 1hr-2 (examples: basketball, boxing, bjj, or tennis) and 45min of lift 3x a week 2 of the days being last thing on the max effort days

On the heavy weight days, do i just do the same exercises as on the low weight days but with more weight. If you could clarify this that would be great. Thank you coach

I'm an S&C coach. The basic concept of power training and strength training is to use high weight and low reps, so I think it's probably okay to do the same number of reps.

How should we structure our sessions,
Like which area/aspect of training should we begin sessions with and which should we end with?
Do you have a general formula for these kinds of sessions?

By evidence you mean research. Good luck then waiting while others take an educated guess and do the workout.
