We live in Houston, and my dad played several times at Gilley's Club in Pasadena Texas.. the Club that the Movie Urban Cowboy with John Travolta was Filmed at... Mickey Gilley used to come to our house when i was a young kid.. My dad had built a Recording Studio on the back of our house.. we always had different famous country musicians in the sessions.. I was just a young kid then.. I have a picture of George Jones holding me when i was a baby on stage while he was singing..

If you are familiar with any evangelical television preacher's Jerry Lee is related to one of the most popular Jimmy Swaggert, they are first cousins. Jimmy is also a musician and found God. Jimmy believed Jerry Lee was "bad seed".
