    I agree with the great benefits of Meditation, it is scientifically proven. More than 4 years ago I read in a Magazine that I buy every month, that they tested those who do Meditation and those who don't. It has been proven that those who do Meditation are less likely to catch illnesses and perform much better at work, those who do not do Meditation are more likely to catch illnesses. I say this from my own experience, I have been doing Meditation and Yoga for more than 5 years. Not only does Meditation have great benefits, so does being in contact with Nature, taking baths in the forest and hugging the trees. Namo Buddhaya 🙏🙏🙏
