It took me the longest time to get a front firing subwoofer (on these trucks) to sound "full". I reversed the polarity on the sub and it made a huge difference.

Can you operate the sub with the seat folded up or do you have to leave it folded down?
I would leave it folded down when playing, it hits the surround when folded up fully locked.
