Yeah, good luck sliding them up as easy as shown here. I was able to get 2 of them to slide up with a little side to side rocking action and some muscle, the 3rd one was an absolute beast to get installed and took about 15 minutes. The 4th one wouldn't go even after a half hour of fiddling with it. Gonna try again today after a little sanding down of the inner ridge on the cleat mount and a windex bath. Of course I googled it to see if anyone had a tip to get them in, and I found all kinds of peeps that can't get them in - terrible fit and finish I suppose as this should not be difficult.
