Garden Route - Ebb & Flow in Wilderness

Birding in Garden Route National Park, Western Cape. I had 3 nights in Ebb & Flow Rest Camp. This is a fantastic site where you can camp right on the Touw River's edge. You have access to bird hides on Langvlei and Rondevlei where most have this footage was taken. Hoekwil gives you excellent forest birding. I was there a week after the camp-site had flooded which meant birding on the river itself, and the estuary was not as good as normal. I imagine all their food has been washed out to sea and with a breached river mouth, the levels are about a metre lower than "normal".
