Did you add pasteurized milk or raw milk?
I used pasteurized milk.
Hey 👋 super my fav panner
😍
Yummy 👌
Thanks 😊
Wow, didn’t realize I could do this in my IP without watching it and the same ingredients as Ricotta…cool! Learned 2 new awesome steps today!! Perfect for pizza night tonight! Thank you!!
You are welcome 😍 give it a try.
I was curious if you can make paneer out of yogurt instead of milk?
I don’t think so. You can try and see.
I tried making yogurt and it failed. I took that and made this paneer with it. It came out great! (But at some point, it needs salt.) You don't get a lot, though, only about 300g from 2L of milk.
Thanks for trying it. Please do check my other recipes as well.
Tried it twice and didn’t work with either time.
Did you mixed it well after adding the lemon juice or vinegar? If it didn’t work add a Tsp extra and stir it.
