10-12 cashew
2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
kasoori methi
salt to taste
oil 2 tbsp
butter 3 cube
garam masala powder
whole spices

Good recepie. Pyaz tamatar adrak lahsan pehle halka cook karke paste banakar dalne se gravy becomes smoother and creamier. Also add fresh cream and butter in the gravy for more texture & taste .

क्या hotels main subji बनाते समय उसमें vineger या ajinomoto डालते है
Suggestion -> To avoid the tomatoes from splintering I add kaju, onion fry add tomatoes fry till they are done. Put ingredients in a mixer grind to a paste. Add the Santa masala and then the paste followed by all ingredients you used and then paneer/soft tofu.👍🏼✌🏼
