The Stock Block (140k Mile) K20a2 suffers engine failure due to fuel starvation. This was caused by the upgrades to a Metal Plated LSD and new suspension setup. The fuel pickup was being uncovered even with 3/4 of a tank of fuel. New engine and fuel system is currently being installed to prevent this happening in the future.

Please can you tell me the size of the two brass fittings that attach to the blue elbow and also the side of the blue elbow I realise this is a very old video but I can’t seem to find the correct parts

You already money shifted 3rd to 2nd once earlier in the video. yet at 3:14 you do exactly the same thing that caused it to start with - pulling down but also to the left (towards second) with your hand on the wrong side of the gear knob. You should have your hand on the entire opposite side of the gear knob for the 3rd to 4th shift... makes it impossible to push it into 2nd.
It was smoking like a PIG way before it let go. Definitely more to the story, engine clearly wasn't healthy - bellowing blue smoke out under load.

I haven't followed the build but I have supercharged an EP3 with a Stage 1 Rotrex. Got 337bhp. I stopped there because I couldn't afford to forge the engine. Please don't tell me this build is on stock engine? It wont last long.
It was supercharged since December 2014, the engine lasted till July 2018 on a trackday. If I had a better fuel system (with no fuel surge) it would most likely still be running with the stock engine still.

So I’m familiar with Vortech centrifugal superchargers and not too much on rotrex units. Can anyone tell me if these are pretty quiet? The Vortech ones are ridiculously loud depending on the model

Hi. What is the outer thread of the rod? 14x1.5?
What size feed line did you use? I have the k24z7 and I'm getting ready to install the complete Merc Racing tvs1900 supercharger with air to water cooling kit. Alot of people tell me to run -8 as my feed line, and -6 or the oem feed for my return line. But I've heard from a few of my long time race friends that my feed and return need to be the same size if running an external regulator. What are your thoughts and or recommendations on all of this?
I'm using -6 as my feed and return, still more than enough for my new k24 setup with a walbro 450.

It's most likely because of the new metal plated diff, that actually locks up lol

No, its a K24 engine spec'ed by me and some parts I had already purchased. It was then built by MMR (Michael Morrison Race Engines). I had a K20 before using the same C38-61 with different pulley ratios, but the charger is now running at near maximum. 500bhp but I may look at upgrading in a year or 2.
