For anyone who wants to start this now I'll tell u that it was difficult but totally worth it. My arms lost about 4 whole inches and very noticeably started visibly changing shape only 5 days into the challenge. Arms were my main goal to slim down and this is the closest I've ever gotten. It worked like a charm so thank u Emi. Be mindful that everyone has different bodies so if ur results aren't as much was what u wanted don't give up. Each rep of one exercise gets u closer and closer to ur goal as the timer ticks. Don't give up, don't think negative, believe in yourself, and all ur work will be worth it in the end. @@herbalscience-ne3du I don't go on any diet!! All I can tell u is that avoid excessive snacking, junk food and fastfood, refined stuff, and eat dinner 3 hrs before bed. Hope this helps! best of luck. Also drink generous amounts of water
I've done this for 15 days and I will now give you my results. First of all I wasn't really able to catch up with everything everyday after day 6 because this KILLS your muscles especially if you haven't been exercising prior. I was off my workouts for a couple of months and before that it was just home exercises for 15 mins a day during quarantine. So instead what I did was do whatever I was capable of from the videos each day, and add a couple or two short arm workout videos. Essentially I exercised LESS than Emi's program. I also did yoga/stretching every morning for 20 minutes. As for my eating habits, I dropped to two meals a day, essentially doing a 8/16 intermittent fasting routine. I ate either tuna or chicken with every meal where there was little or no protein. I ate until I was satisfied. I also had bread with my meals, usually 2-3 slices. I drank 2 liters of water or more idk. I had smoothies. I also ate dried fruits, but on second week I also had a little bit of dessert every day. I slept for 7 or more hours every day. Other than the exercise and yoga, the only thing that needs energy was cleaning the house or going to grocery shopping. In 14 days I lost 1kg, which doesn't seem a lot, but I also lost -1cm off my upper arms -1cm off my thighs -1cm off my calves -3cm off my belly -2cm off my waist I now have to do shopping because the pants I had that was just relaxed fit is now a whole size too big. I also feel so so much stronger in my arms and core. Overall I'm very happy with the results I got from this in 14 short days. During week 1 muscle soreness kinda kicked my butt, but week 2 fatigue took over. I ate so much more than I did on week 1 because I didn't feel satisfied with what I ate. Which eventually caused me to get off track with my eating a little bit, I'm trying to get back into the eating a lot of fruits routine which worked greatly. I will take this challenge again at some point and see if I can actually keep up with everything this time. I will continue my habit and I'm actually raising the time I exercise to 35 minutes. One of the things I love so much about Emi's workouts is that she looks to be a similar height, weight, and build as me. It gives me hope I can also be as fit as her too. It makes me feel encouraged. While after doing her previous 15 day workout,didn't see ab change yet, I felt physically more in shape. I also went from my stubborn weight of 110 to 106. At 5'1.5 ft tall, this is a good weight for me. My goal is to be 105lbs, but more importantly, more fit and healthy. I think that's the most important of all.
After trying this workout for five times in your program, i finally did it without stopping and pausing 😭😭😭 it is really really hard at first, but no pain no gain!! I'm so proud of myself for being braver day by day. Thank you so much emi! I love you so so so much!! ❤

Update. I'm sorry for myself that after trying this for the first time, I literally took a break for few days and now back to day 1. My arms are wiggly as noodles, there's no strength to carry my weight (maybe i'm too heavy to bear myself 🤦) Gotta do this!
So I completed the whole program and I cried when I did it! For people who are questioning doing it or not: Is it hard? YEEESS Is worth it? YEEES Will you see results? YEEES This will give you discipline, hard work, and sacrifice, but at the same time, it will give you so much energy and happiness! This will improve your quality of life. Okay, I've been following emi for 2-3 months now and I've lost 13 kgs. Saw this in my feed and decided that I'll update for this, cause my arms are like... Really big and disproportionate for my body. I'm also doind the 14 day abs challenge with a low carb diet. Wish me all the best ! Day 1 is a go ! Day 1- ✔️ pretty easy,I like that is not making you feel tired of, but gives you an intense burn Day 2-✔️Done! the 35 min workout didn't burn much in the start, but by the end, i was tired af ! will def add this to my workout list after I'm done with the challenges. Also, I ate a slice of cake today :/ Day 3 -✔️today was especially hard to find motivation. Cause of hanging too long, my arms were sore and so were my thighs. I'm repeating tomorrow as day 3 and day 5(abs) as I didn't do them properly cause I was fasting and it was a festival I redid day 3 Day 4- ✔️done. It was a bit easier Day 5-✔️done ! I just got out of a toxic relationship and started doing this today to keep myself from being sad. I usually can work out through your programs easily but this time it’s really hard to carry on the whole 15 minutes without being too tired or feeling like giving up and crying. Okayyy so I'm trying her workouts for the first time. Let's see how it goes 15 day upper body challenge Day 1- Done Made it to the end. Wasn't painful at all during exercising but after an hour or two I could feel pain on my whole back 😭 Day 2- It was hard to even moveee 😭😭 but I did it 🤩 I know it'll be hurting a lot more tomorrow but NO PAIN NO GAIN 🤭. All set for Day 3. Day 3- Could only do the half workout as my elbows are scratched and it hurts while doing any of the plank exercises Day 4- If only just watching such videos led to the fat burn idk how much of fat I would've lost till now 😕. Anyways today felt pretty easy and I completed all the workout. That happiness I get when I complete them is what keeps me going. Day 5- Doneeee. Sometimes I feel so demotivated 😔. And also I already have lean arms but its flabby so I dont knw how it's gonna be changing like will I be losing some or will I be gaining some. Anyways I just want it to be stronger. I'm so happy that I'm being consistent now 😛 Also, is it only me or somebody else too whose elbows gets swelled up by doing plank exercises Day 6- The weather is tooo humid today so I'm really sorry I'm skipping this day. I just want to say for someone looking for a recent comment: I've always been self conscious about my arms and found emi 3 weeks ago. I love her ethics and the approachability of her lifestyle. I did this program + watched what I ate (no sugar, only 'clean' meals, not limiting portions and making sure i get enough veggie protein) and it's not easy but i am definitely feeling the difference! I don't have the JACKED arms I want just yet (its only been 2 weeks) but i can see shape (!!) which i didnt expect because i had to miss a 2 days, only did half of the daily videos some days because of my schedule, and had 2 small cheat days. yes you're going to yell at the screen for this vid (imo the hardest of the program but... there's results so worth it), but watch an emi vlog afterwards and let the endorphins kick in to push you through it! let's goooo! thank you so much emi :)

I'm coming back to this workout after almost 2 years.. I'm able to do this without breaks now!! When I first started I took longer breaks and was unable to do the knee pushups for 40 sec straight. And the music is super nostalgic ✨😭
This work out is very effective ..I join 15 day upper body transformation and today's is my day 6. I loss 2 Inches from my arms and 1 Inches from chest. I shoulder and back looks little bit sharper than before and my collarbones are also visible ...I m soo happy and I continue this challenge for next 1week... Go for it guys with healthy diet bcoz this is very effective ✌️✌️

This past 15 days I've noticed changes to my arms and belly still has fats but it it toned which is good 😊. Thanks Emi for creating great programs for ú. I did three times your last full-body workout and can feel changes in my body. I am skinny-fat and weak, my BMI is only 18 so you can imagine how small and weak i am. My first time doing your 30-min full-body was so terrifying to me, couldn't follow it, especially when it came to plank ( I barely do upper-body workouts). Thanks to your encouragement whenever I wanted to give up, I kept doing it no matter how painful it was. Amazingly, after three times doing your workout, i can proudly say that I can follow your video without taking a long break ( yayyy). I've never done any 2-week challenge, but I want to challenge myself and improve my health. I will write my 2-week diary in this comment and do work out with every friend out there doing this workout. Let's be healthy and push our limits together xoxo
Day 1 (22/7): I felt struggle doing Walking pike Push up and had a slight spinning head. Hope after a few times doing it, i can have a better experience.

i’ve done several of emi’s other workout programs so i thought i’d try this one out! Day 1: ✅ really felt the burn in my back Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ omg my arms burn 🔥 Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ really felt in the burn in my arms Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ one week done!! Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ i feel so much stronger than i did last week! Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ really felt the burn in my arms Day 13: ✅ really worked up a sweat!! Day 14: ✅ the stretch was so relaxing! Day 15: ✅ done!!!
Well I followed the whole program religiously and I lost around 3.5 kg(7.7pounds) of weight 😍. My bust size reduced from 35 inches to 33 inches and this the first time in my life that a workout has given me such visible results. And also I did follow a healthy diet and cut out the calories. Also I drank 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water . I still want to shred two more kgs of weight and I want to tone my arms so I think I am also gonna follow her slim arms challenge 😉
This is so super hard but I need some exercise... I will think on it today and maybe start the whole program tomorrow. I've never done any big program before, but Emi's videos actually work on my body. We'll see.

Update. I'm sorry for myself that after trying this for the first time, I literally took a break for few days and now back to day 1. My arms are wiggly as noodles, there's no strength to carry my weight (maybe i'm too heavy to bear myself 🤦) Gotta do this!

Okay, I've been following emi for 2-3 months now and I've lost 13 kgs. Saw this in my feed and decided that I'll update for this, cause my arms are like... Really big and disproportionate for my body. I'm also doind the 14 day abs challenge with a low carb diet. Wish me all the best ! Day 1 is a go !
Day 1- ✔️ pretty easy,I like that is not making you feel tired of, but gives you an intense burn
Day 2-✔️Done! the 35 min workout didn't burn much in the start, but by the end, i was tired af !

Day 3 -✔️today was especially hard to find motivation.
Cause of hanging too long, my arms were sore and so were my thighs.

I never really thought I could do it in the beginning, especially because I hate upper body workouts, and I'm really proud of myself.
I got stronger and feel much better in general.
If anyone wants to start this, they shoul. It may not show many physical differences, but you will feel healthier from inside !

Today finally complete this program these 15days were so challenging even at the end of the day I am sweating like hell but I noticed the visible change in my upper body like flabby arms are now tooned as I didn't lose much fat but the flabby part is almost dissapear also I didn't follow any diet but the results are awesome guys try it this will really help you

I just got out of a toxic relationship and started doing this today to keep myself from being sad. I usually can work out through your programs easily but this time it’s really hard to carry on the whole 15 minutes without being too tired or feeling like giving up and crying. 15 day upper body challenge
Day 1- Done
Made it to the end. Wasn't painful at all during exercising but after an hour or two I could feel pain on my whole back 😭
Day 2- It was hard to even moveee 😭😭 but I did it 🤩 I know it'll be hurting a lot more tomorrow but NO PAIN NO GAIN 🤭. All set for Day 3.
Day 3- Could only do the half workout as my elbows are scratched and it hurts while doing any of the plank exercises
Day 4- If only just watching such videos led to the fat burn idk how much of fat I would've lost till now 😕. Anyways today felt pretty easy and I completed all the workout. That happiness I get when I complete them is what keeps me going.
Day 5- Doneeee. Sometimes I feel so demotivated 😔. And also I already have lean arms but its flabby so I dont knw how it's gonna be changing like will I be losing some or will I be gaining some. Anyways I just want it to be stronger. I'm so happy that I'm being consistent now 😛
Also, is it only me or somebody else too whose elbows gets swelled up by doing plank exercises
Day 6- The weather is tooo humid today so I'm really sorry I'm skipping this day. But I'll be going on a nice walk 😅

I just want to say for someone looking for a recent comment: I've always been self conscious about my arms and found emi 3 weeks ago. I love her ethics and the approachability of her lifestyle. I did this program + watched what I ate (no sugar, only 'clean' meals, not limiting portions and making sure i get enough veggie protein) and it's not easy but i am definitely feeling the difference!
I don't have the JACKED arms I want just yet (its only been 2 weeks) but i can see shape (!!) which i didnt expect because i had to miss a 2 days, only did half of the daily videos some days because of my schedule, and had 2 small cheat days. yes you're going to yell at the screen for this vid (imo the hardest of the program but... there's results so worth it), but watch an emi vlog afterwards and let the endorphins kick in to push you through it! let's goooo! thank you so much emi :)

So I did this because there were no videos for 4 weeks transformation program. I absolutely loved this one too!!!!!!!! Day 17 of 4 weeks transformation program all doneeeee (finally hehe)
I'm coming back to this workout after almost 2 years.. I'm able to do this without breaks now!!
When I first started I took longer breaks and was unable to do the knee pushups for 40 sec straight. And the music is super nostalgic ✨😭
This work out is very effective ..I join 15 day upper body transformation and today's is my day 6. I loss 2 Inches from my arms and 1 Inches from chest. I shoulder and back looks little bit sharper than before and my collarbones are also visible ...I m soo happy and I continue this challenge for next 1week... Go for it guys with healthy diet bcoz this is very effective ✌️✌️

Thanks Emi for creating great programs for ú. I did three times your last full-body workout and can feel changes in my body. I am skinny-fat and weak, my BMI is only 18 so you can imagine how small and weak i am. My first time doing your 30-min full-body was so terrifying to me, couldn't follow it, especially when it came to plank ( I barely do upper-body workouts). Thanks to your encouragement whenever I wanted to give up, I kept doing it no matter how painful it was. Amazingly, after three times doing your workout, i can proudly say that I can follow your video without taking a long break ( yayyy). I've never done any 2-week challenge, but I want to challenge myself and improve my health. I will write my 2-week diary in this comment and do work out with every friend out there doing this workout. Let's be healthy and push our limits together xoxo

Well I followed the whole program religiously and I lost around 3.5 kg(7.7pounds) of weight 😍. My bust size reduced from 35 inches to 33 inches and this the first time in my life that a workout has given me such visible results. And also I did follow a healthy diet and cut out the calories. Also I drank 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water . I still want to shred two more kgs of weight and I want to tone my arms so I think I am also gonna follow her slim arms challenge 😉
