This is excellent. Refika of Refika's Kitchen makes something similar but I think she also adds halloumi and maybe some other stuff - hers is very overloaded. I think your "bread" needs za'atar and sumac and maybe preserved lemon paste. But rest assured, it's perfect as is.

Yummy! I‘d like to see the version without eggs too, because I personally don’t like eggs. It makes everything heavier.

You can omit the eggs and add 4 tablespoons ground flax seeds plus 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
