I went to this local grocery store and they have a nice bakery and they had fresh spanakopita and I just LOVE spinach and feta so I tried and and fell in love. I immediately wanted to try making it and I tried your recipe with the ricotta and it's a new favorite. These rolls are next on my list. Im obsessed. I watched your video for the three dips a fews days ago and got all the stuff to make all three today and some fresh pita. I cannot wait I'm drooling

Thank you for this excellent recipe that I made with success. Added a tablespoon of lemon juice to the filling. I did have several rolls leak filling from the bottom. I must work on sealing the bottom of the dough better.

Yes, after they're baked and cooled, transfer them to freezer-safe bags and they will keep fresh in the freezer for a few weeks. Thaw in the refrigerator and toast them in the oven before serving :)

Dimitra Mou ! I have a question when I buy fresh spinach sometimes the end result the spinach tastes bitter . This never happens with frozen spinach but I like the fresh idea of using spinach. Does that happen to you ever ?
