‼️if you want the sauce to be more spicy add more chili flakes!
Ingredients:
For the chicken
2 lbs chicken breast or thighs cut in small pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp coat starch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Pinch of salt
For my sauce
5 tbsp chicken stock
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp rice vinagre
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp hot sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp chili flakes
For the stir fry
2 small zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 cup unsalted peanuts
4 minced garlic cloves
10-12 chile japonés
Avocado oil
1 serving of love 💕

Very similar to my recipe Claudia. A big spoonful of that Sambal Oelek you have sitting there would really finish it perfectly!
It’s what I added to the sauce ☺️ but I add a little only just because my kids otherwise I would add a lot more 😅

First ever Asian dish I ate was in Tijuana where a cousin was working, it was egg foo yung. 🎉 Now my fav is Kung pow chicken. ❤
I know this has nothing to do with this dish - but I made your wonderful tres leche cake and I have a top for you- I got this from my cooks magazine - I added 5 tsp instant pudding and 2 1/2 tsp sugar after I whipped 2 1/2 cups- ( 3 cups works too- ) heavy cream for one minute then continued whipping until stiff - the pudding stabaluzes the whipped cream- ! Keeps it high and stiff for forever! I just had to share this too with you- love your cooking - cookbooks-! You are the best!😘
That jar of chili on the side when you're getting ready to taste. My mom gave me a bottle of that along time ago and I finally opened it about 6 months after she gave it to me. It was sooo hot. I guess the longer you keep it the hotter it gets. Great video.

Wow , two of my all time favorites have always been Mexican and Chinese and I will have to make it exactly the way you did but I love it when the sauce is extremely sticky , and I have been known to have the stickiest Chinese food in my house because I use alot of honey. Another great video and I can't tell you how many of the best things that I have been making for the last 3 - 4 years I got from watching you. P.S. If you have any Bundt cake pans and you wanted your awesome food to make a fun presentation whenever you're making something with rice just lightly spray or wipe the inside of the mold w oil and then add your entree making sure it covers the entire surface and then fill the rest of the mold with the rice , make sure you have it packed and the best part is to have a platter tight which I already know that you have a great idea for the way it will look when you tap tap and carefully lift the Bundt pan or mold and hopefully you will 🤩
