Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 Roma tomato
2 lbs lean ground beef (93/7) if you use ground beef with higher fat content just make sure to reserve 1 tbsp of it’s fat
My taco spice blend:
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
Salt I use 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp APF
For my nacho sauce
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp APF
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp pickled jalapeños
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
8 oz medium cheddar cheese
1 serving of love 💕

Nachos rule.
I'm an absolute Savage when I make my nachos. I spread the nachos out super evenly in only one layer. You can literally pick up one nacho at a time. No problem. And a massive amount of toppings. Every chip gets love.
No chip left behind.

Hi Claudia! I think you have solved the taco/nacho meat problem for me - I never got it to taste "right" even adding similar seasonings. I think the flour is the key - so simple, but never thought of it. Cheers!

That orange chicken recipe came out delicious and I think next time instead of fresh squeezed orange juice I’m going to use fresh squeezed lemon juice and make lemon chicken. All of your Mexican dishes are great as well, you are a human cookbook!
