Do not bleach baby hairs first 6. Do not go too light too soon 7. Don’t wait too long in between retouches 8. Protect your skin 9. Make sure you wear clothes that you do not care for 10. As you're journeying, be mindful to show extra love to your set that will create the foundation, the new growth will create the girth. Someone has probably already told you, but my own tip to you, is do not bleach your hair the same day as your facials. And I’m sure from your previous experience with that, you knew that. Other than that. Your tips are great and your hair looks amazing too.

🦄 I bleached my own hair when I wore a buzz cut. My locs are now shoulder length, sides and back usually shaved and roots colored 1b to cover the gray.. but with covid19 still looming , I haven't gone to a barbershop in 6 months, lots of headwraps and cute hats! Lol

I love ur locs and ur color but I don't think I'd bleach my locs and I think I would never choose to color it. I had my permed hair bleached and my loose natural hair bleached professionally. It came out nice each time but eventually my hair got dry and the damage was very apparent. I took care of my hair each time but i just think my hair doesn't like chemicals. I eventually cut off my hair each time I got it bleached and I don't want to cut off my locs. I'm 9 months in and it took forever to get here and I don't want to damage my babies. If I ever get the itch for color I would only do it on the ends and if I had to cut it off hopefully the damage doesn't travel too far up my locs and ill just cut the ends off. But your hair is beautiful and these tips would be helpful for anyone who wants to do it
