      Yesss! Out of all the other vids I’ve watched, I noticed this is the most vibrant blonde. I love how she went through the hair multiple times for full coverage! Lol u should get paid for this video! 🤣 seriously tho

    Great video! I do have a few tips. The key to bleaching is low and slow. Use a 20 developer (especially on thick hair) so you can take your time working the bleach in without lifting too fast. Start off with lifting hair two levels from natural hair color on the shaft. Wait a few months making sure the hair is in good condition, then do the process again. Repeat until desired blond. May take longer but healthy blonde hair is always the goal. Good job sis!

    I think its good to use neutralizing shampoo after bleach to make sure no active bleach is left inside the locs which can break off the hair overtime

    so pretty! a tip for anyone who's afraid that the conditioner will turn it purple or too grey, you can dilute with non pigmented conditioner or clarifying shampoo or a bit of blue pigmented conditioner

    How did you get it this beautiful blonde on the first sitting? Because my stylist told me I had to wait. :( it was so brassy. I had to tone it when I went home. But I want this type of blonde . Just not sure why she couldn't do it the first time.

    I thought a 20 volume developer would be enough but I see everyone with a 30. does it really matter?

    • @albywityou
      @albywityou  3 роки тому

      I am not a professional so I am not really sure. In my amateur experience It really matters on personal preference and hair type but I've been told that you should not use the higher volumes if your hair is finer.

  • @shamichaelellison4055

    How long do you leave the foil on. I want mines really bright so do you think an hour is good ?

    • @albywityou
      @albywityou  3 роки тому +4

      I kept it on for like an hr and a half maybe two .. your hair processes at a different rate so each time is different but if
      Course if your hair hasn’t been altered at all it’s going to be quicker. I say you throw it on and keep an eye out on it and when you feel it’s blonde enough you can wash it out! 🧡

    Is it okay for me to color up to my roots?

    • @fashionwithoutlabels
      @fashionwithoutlabels 3 роки тому +1

      yes

    • @fashionwithoutlabels
      @fashionwithoutlabels 3 роки тому +1

      Just make sure to put the bleach on your roots last. Because the color processes the fastest at the roots because of the heat from your scalp.

    • @ambercalhounmusic
      @ambercalhounmusic 3 роки тому +8

      Your roots will process faster. What I recommend to people that have never done it themselves before it to do them separate. Dyer ends first see what color they turn let it dry then do the roots. That will avoid any mishaps although it is a pain having to die and wash it out and then die again but I'm telling you it's worth it if you've never done it before
