EXCELLENT tip about the off angle orientation of the plugs in the hole. I noticed on other videos that their extensions were on the bottom edge, but no one else called out why. I was assuming they had a swivel on the bottom, but this makes more sense.
Appreciate the video and info. Its a great reminder that doing the small maintenance items brings you big gains down the road 💪🏼 can't wait to see the car show video 🔥🔥
Well done ThicF30. And thank you for providing excellent advice. Most people believe that spark plugs are gapped correctly from factory, but that isn't necessarily true. You always need to pre gap your spark plugs. And NGK iridium are perfect for your application... not the cheapest of plugs but the best 👌 . Nice work.
What body kit or bumper do you have on this car . It’s after market right. Rear and front. I need a new bumper I so r like the oem one I want a bulkier build which one do u have or any opinions for that headlights and tune stage 2 and bolt ons for bmw 328i 2015?
You actually dont need to take that brace off, you can just take the plastic shroud from underneath it to see the plugs in back but nonetheless a great video man! Just did mine last week finally
Amazing video Thic F30! Just wondering, I have a stage 2 tuned 328i which I bought used and stock from a BMW dealership at around the 32k km mark and now I'm sitting just above 80k. I'm not sure if I changed the spark plugs before but I am going in for service and will check it out if I need to get them replaced....most likely will replace them since I had the car tuned last summer and didn't change it then. Like you mentioned in the video, my cold start idles are a bit hiccupy from time to time and for most of the times (unless my engine is warm) I can see my engine gauge cluster fluctuate up and down. I checked the link for the NGKs but couldn't find spark plugs for the F30 N20 engine. Do you know if the OEM spark plugs from BMW are good or should I get aftermarket ones for my tuned car?
how long did u have your m2? right now i have a 08 g35 Rwd sedan im looking at the m2s because i just love how it sounds especially the turbos!! this engine looks not-too-hard to work on. my car have a V6 and the m2 is a straight 6 i also like to work on my cars myself i like fixing cars.
Nice video man any idea of what the torque specs are for the strut brace. I just did the plugs on my m235 today and removed the brace as well. I tried to find it on Bimmerpost but count find anything.
Great video, 1st time working on my car took me a little longer. It looks like I had the original plugs on my car The M branded plugs. I noticed a 10% gain over the old plugs.
I have the oe Bosch ZR5TPP33. Previously had no issues with OEM Bosch before replacement of 90K on them. New or Bosch ZR5TPP33. I've only had constant issues and misfires even after replacement of those with same ZR5TPP33. Now I'm done with all that issues and misfires. I've had the shop install ngk 97506. I'm also stage 1 bm3 n55.

Just changed mine on my fbo 235i runs heaps smoother! Stage 1 colder plugs are the way to go!
I just go with the Bosch from fcpeuro. Fbo stage 2+ with no issues so far. I was super worried about not getting one step colder.

The part most people forget about, also need to get a 3.5 bar TMAP sensor. Great vid man
What’s that do?
Hey bud.
Have you considered changing your plugs to “One step colder or 2 step colder plugs???
7:50 is it just me or do those o2 sensors look like the colors are swapped
Nice video. Do you have the dimensions of the garage? Length and width?

Hello, I’m assuming fitment is the same for all n55 engines?
hi how did you blackout inside your headlight ?

What do you recommend for a b58 340i 2016 26,000 miles for stage 1 MHD spark plugs or coil packs
gotta change the spark plugs , love the content informative fasho
Great job man!
Hey Jon, is the N55 in your M2 the same N55 engine that BMW put in the F30 335i?
It's pretty similar (just more forged internals)
Can i use this sparkplug on my 335 f30 stage 2 tune?
Sound of M2 😍
Is gap like .023 in centimeters?

Would you recommend upgrading to NGK 97506 1 step colder spark plugs when running only a Stage 1 tune on BootMod3?
Might be late, but no bro you shouldn't.

@@AmericanSwagster don’t just say “no you shouldn’t bro” without any explanation. that only causes confusion. what’s your reasoning ??
