Apply the paste on your face and leave to dry for 10-15 minutes, then wash off with warm water. It's a little tough to wash off but has great results!
dr yo! great to see this video. I can never finish watching yours and Mike's channels. I love turmeric taste in food and some south indian food! I now sprinkle turmeric into rice cooker( along with sea salt oil & fresh chopped ginger as tis is 1 way I usually take my rice esp during my time of month ..found it greatly helps keep my body warm and almost painfree) followed by tomato ginger eggs w sea salt ..throw in some fresh greens. I use to make dory fish with turmeric cumin seed green chillies & yellow onion
