Interesting blend of Whiskies for sure. Never tried a Junkies whiskey. Love my MacBook, but yeah the speakers are crap. I always use bluetooth speaker. #OWL Cheers🥃😎
EverNorth Spirits
Essence - single barrel line for bourbon(bear), rye(bull) and american(wolf). This has included multiple barrel picks as well.
Omen - blends line. Night Stalker is the blend of bourbons, Spirit Walker is the blend with things that have been finished. There is another label coming soon for the blend of ryes.
Night Stalker was $79.99 from the tasting room and on Patreon it was the same but add $25 ship and tax. The yield was 954 with 200 held at the tasting room for local sales and the remaining were sent to DC to be purchased from the Bourbon Junkies Patreon.

Great review. I love this bottle. Fantastic blend. I had their American Whiskey 1 and it wasn’t close to being as good as NS2. I think they still have some at Ever North.

I have this bottle and I know it’s not amburana finished but that’s the vibe I got from it at first crack. Not a fan so far. Might actually have a second pour tonight.
Have not tried anything of theirs. I'm going to predict Holladay wins Wednesday. #owl
