Art732-hd32-nx32-tt22. Art745-hd35-nx45-tt25. This is the range. There are also tt2 and tt5 but those boxes are in a league of their own followed by the ttl6a. Like always, great review John!
Where would u put hdm45 ? My choises are rcf 745 nx45 hdm45. What would u buy dobix ? i wached all your videos and saw u have much rcf speakers , so i value your opinion. thanks in advance .
they are different systems and speaker types, while the NX45 is a great speaker, the IG4T offers more ability and expansion with 2 per side that 2 per side NX45 can't do. They each have different missions , as one is in the tall skinny speaker class and the NX is more traditional trap box design. Weight is a huge consideration and ease of setup. That is where the IG4T shines. Coupled with a good sub the IG4T will amaze you. If you are looking for fantastic hi-fi type fidelity the NX45 with the lower crossover point would be a good choice. You cant deploy a pair of NX45's like you can a pair of IG4T. Join the facebook group for the ES and Ingenia series speakers to see how others are deploying these systems.
Standard pole mounts...they work but with this class of speaker not sure how many will pole mount vs. ground stack...i can say that at least it is metal vs. cheap plastic of other mfrs. Thank you for watching the videos !
Hi man, I'm interested in this loudspeaker to improve my PA system with quality and volume (I own a couple of JBL PRX 635 now and I'm not very satisfied, quite happy but not 100% satisfied) and I read everywhere about this speaker output and quality. Would you suggest buying a couple of new NX45A or an ex-demo couple of the old version of TT25A (not the mk2 now on sale, the older analog version) ? Is there so much difference between first TT25A and the new mk2 version ? And what about HDM45, TT is still better ? I'm from Italy, I live 200 km from where RCF are made, so no problem finding everything RCF produced and produce. Thanks so much !
The NX45 is good, nice wooden box. Go listen to the HDM45 and NX45, for the money can't beat either of those, but the HDM has more power ... not sure you are going to hear a big difference between the T25 V1 and V2 , other than DSP is more refined. I was very impressed with the HDM45 and power of it.
Just bought a pair of these and I should receive them today cant wait, but how do the nx45 compare to the hdm45a speaker? any info will be greatly appreciated...I can always return the nx45 and get hdm45 if they are better
no there is not...the 9006 does have a xover out on it that would feed them, only link so you would need to process on your mixer board or outboard process to not over drive low end on them
opinions- will 1 of these a side on top of a srx828sp (2000w 141db dual 18”)be a decent match for 50-200 people outdoor events? funk/Reggae bass heavy bands usually, also- Srx835P vs NX45A?
you should mention that the speaker does not have any rubber feet on the bottom or on the side for monitor use .I don't understand why rcf did this , and the rubber bushings used to hold the nuts for the front grill screws are pretty susceptible to brake . I guess it was just a cost efficiency decision .
I don't find the lack of feet an issue as most would remove them as it is not the primary intention of the speaker, and I would not want the feet to stick out on the speaker if i was pole mounting it. also the grille screws are not an issue at all, they are solid and counter sunk into the box, of all the speakers we have taken apart, never an issue with the dampening washers and thread-serts in the grille . the find thread screws to secure the grille are pressed fitted into the grille and not part of the "rubber" isolator at all...very solid and robust ... and the only time you would remove if you had a failure which is highly unlikely with RCF .... we just don't see failures outside of sheer engineer stupidity..
Greetings, how could I protect nx32 from scratching? They don't have spacers. Could some kind of spacer be mounted or should I glue on some kind of tape? I am not a fan of fixed covers.
I have a sub question, flown subs are tuned different. but like the RCF 9007 VS the TTs 56 the 9007 spec say it goes lower than the tts 56 but the tts 56 is louder. and cost almost 4k more with the exception of the advance DSP what am I getting for my 11k vs 7k. thanks
more power in the TTS56, which is ground stack only, and a truly PRO TOUR quality enclosure, amps, drivers, as solid as a tank. but they are not $11K that is list or retail.
it would as far as build quality and cabinet resonance .... and just the overall look. my guess is that the drivers are going to be very close or identical to what is in the ART745A
TT22 is 12" and NX45 is 15" LF drivers so yes big difference and the NX45 has a HUGE HF driver and lower crossover point. All the TT line has premium amps, DSP and drivers as well as the best cabinet construction.
@@trinityprosound Ok thx. i meen NX35 ! :) but is there a big diverts in sound ? in tt22a mk2 and the nx35, i have now 8004 under it , but i look at the 8003, it have that dsp, looks like the TT serie , is the 8003 a update? or is that no good ?
The TT22 is a better box and different drivers, so yes it is going to sound different. the NX32 is a great speaker, just that the TT's are a better all around speaker, but more costly too. I really don't think you are going to hear a HUGE difference between the TT22 and NX32 with subs coupled to them, either 8003 or 8004 , the 8003 is a new design than the 8004. 8003 and 8004 have similar output max SPL within a few dB. Power is only 150 watts difference.

Glad your back
Yeah your back doing this again
Fbt has some cool new speakers need dug into
Thank you for another great review.
I saw a video of this from Namm, happy to see your more detailed review
Thank you for watching the videos !
Nice sounding product sir and great demonstrate. It will great with subwoofer with deep quality sound output.
8003 or 8004 would be amazing with this speaker.
Yes punchy low ends..
Thank you Sr, I've been wating for this review for a while.
Sorry it has taken so long, we have been slammed
Do I need to buy subwoofers for a pair of these puppies?
highly recommended as they are not subwoofers and if you want goo low end you are going to need dedicated subwoofers
Best this sounds unreal for punch and bass as i have just got pair of HD32A, makes want NX32A now 😂🤦🏼♂️ or these
I love it. Thanks ad
Which one you prefer the Rcf nx45a or the Db igt4 ? which one goes louder before clip and cover more ground?

This seems like the last speaker any mobile DJ would ever need...

NX45 is better IMO, the HDM has RD net on it... wood vs. injection...
Is there no High Pass Filter on this speaker? Would like to have two of these with one RCF 9006...
no there is not...the 9006 does have a xover out on it that would feed them, only link so you would need to process on your mixer board or outboard process to not over drive low end on them
P.S : it sounds better than the art 745 the bass is much better , a very similar sounding box to its big brother rcf tt 25 .
Silviu Ivan you heard this nx45a

Yes they sure will , i would do 500 peeps with 1 per side of these at very acceptable levels.

Great review. Thank you!
Would you mind helping me to decide between the NX 45 and HDM 45?
Video for the HDM 45 is posting today. The HDM 45 wins IMO for the same price point...
Greetings, how could I protect nx32 from scratching? They don't have spacers. Could some kind of spacer be mounted or should I glue on some kind of tape?
I am not a fan of fixed covers.
you can get screw on feet for them, google it ... that will protect bottom and if used for wedges the sides too.

i have the rcf 745 a s would these be a step up from those?
it would as far as build quality and cabinet resonance .... and just the overall look. my guess is that the drivers are going to be very close or identical to what is in the ART745A
yes they would ,better bass, the horn is different and they do throw the sound noticeably further than the 745.
probably not worth the extra cash outlay then ?
Silviu Ivan hes right!
question whats the difference in the NX M25a and the NX 45a? thanks.
larger vc on the HF driver and much lower xover point....much smoother sound
which 1 has the 3 inch vc
M25a has smaller VC
A Video about the NX32a be nice
not really any difference other than drivers for the NX32, same series and quality for sure...
Is that monitor speaker?
It can be used as a wedge/monitor for sure... does have a wedge cut on the box.
Is there a big diverts rcf tt22a mk2 vs NX35 ? Please can someone tel me 🎄
