Go to screentime, then content and privacy restrictions, and then click Itunes and Appstore purchases, then allow “deleting apps”
Thats what worked for me :)

I’m very confused, on the 1st way, I only have the option to remove from Home Screen. But the other 3 ways, I could only share the app.
