Hilarious but also really good cooking video because it shows every key step and movement and critical consistency! Also not the classical "cook prepared every ingredient in little perfect ramekins" but real life cooking I love all of this

So it is my second time making this and it was quite delicious. Didn't have the soya mince for the first time so... Had to use black beans, black rice, and John Lennon's pea's. Was still delicious.

I just had a great super market bought vegeterian shepherds pie (frozen store bought) and it was full of lentils. Topped it with tomato ketchup! Was delicious! I'm vegeterian not vegan but I'm learning and I sometimes have almond milk and don't really enjoy milk and eggs anyway so I'm halfway there.

Btw, Oxo vegetable stock cubes are NOT vegan due to containing the ingredient “Disodium 5′-ribonucleotides” (E635) which can be derived from both plant sources and animal sources. but in the case of Oxo is from animal sources

i just cooked this and it tasted so good. i added dairy cheese in the mash though. still amazing.
I've made it a couple times and putting bisto gravy granules with the stock added a real deep flavour
