Would you say that it causes a chain reaction that feeds into itself? It seems like as the cancer grows, more mutations occur and the methylation only increases so that the body is less and less able to do anything about it.
What to answer when in a question the presentation is of colon cancer and the option has MSH2 , Tp53 and APC … since all are involved ? .. in NBME QBANKS ANSWER IS MSH2 .. why is it so?
still dont get it that why hypermethylations frequently occurs in colon cancer.. i thought more acetylatations have to be there for more cells proliferation... it’s not matched as you said above.. i mean basic acetylation and methylation of DNA concept
gre con He said more methylation in TUMOR SUPPRESSOR and DNA repair genes, as such they will be turned off and can't suppress the abnormal growth that will occur (Tumor suppressor normally inhibits growth or proliferation) and can't repair mutations which will be carried forward to the next generation of cells. Got it ?
Dear Armando, I just wanted to let you know that your videos have truly inspired me in the most extraordinary ways possible. I hope that one day you will love me as much as I love you, a type of love that is so intense that I can hardly hold it in my heart. It expels from my orifices and with every breath I take I feel privileged to be living in the same world as you Armando, my darling, my love, my dream, my reality, my everything. I see you whenever you leave your front door and take those manly strides towards your Armando mobile
Can you enlighten me if there is Word "Cancerogenic"? My friend laugh at me when is used this word "CANCEROGENIC" and they corrected me tha the correct word is "CARCENOGENIC"? Is it correct?
