wow! I've had 4 flare ups now with severe bleeding and blood transfustions and iron iv therapy. I had so many questions and usually the response is just eat more fiber! This is a great eye opener and answers many questions and I feel that I can better discuss this with my doctors. I'm 62 and do not want to get a colospomy bag! Thank you

Seeds and stuffs like that are no longer considered potencial causes of obstruction of diverticula and consequently diverticulites.
