Indeed it's complicated grasping the different pathways in the formation of colorectal cancer, but you made it pretty simple as much as possible. It's confusing to memorize them but i want to thank you particularly for helping me understand what first and second hit means i was frustrated for a long time about their meanings for a long time.

Only understand basics, APC, RAS, TP53 and Telomerase in FAP and CRC, while hypermethylation, MLH1 and BRAF in Lynch syndrome, and CRC.
