I am absolutely sure you didn't mean it this way at all ❤ but felt compelled to comment that he is still very much a child and is not a grown up young man. I'm just sensitive to this type of rhetoric particularly when it comes to protecting children and teenagers on the internet (particularly girls). Again totally not directed at you! ❤ Just wanted to put this out there
MY FUNDRAISING SUGGESTIONS OF THE WEEK. A. Curate a book on your fathers paintings B. Do a Callander of your fathers paintings C. When the chapel is finished curate/ write an illustrated book of the restoration of the chapel. D. When Philip sells the porcelain on your website, set an individual place setting hoping the prices for sale. I know I have mentioned the book ideas before but you have so many comments one cannot know if you seen all. Have a lovely week dear friends xx Jo
I would buy the book on the restoration of the chapel💜great idea. It would be exquisite as a coffee table book but that would be expensive to do no doubt
Marie is now worth her weight in palladium seeing that its more valuable than gold. She is taking our breath away with her talents, even her floral arrangements are getting better and better, not to mention her cooking skills
I can't believe the shop is sold out! This video has only been posted for 5 hours. Good for you. It shows how much your followers and friends want to be a part of Chateau De La Lande.
@@joanies6778 I just posted this...I saw the video go live. I told myself, well I will look at it tomorrow. The early bird indeed got the worm this time

Wonderful idea. I just cannot get enough of the seeing restoration. I wish I could be there watching the whole way, just fetching things for the artisans.
I'm always taken aback how the new chairs really pull out so much color in whatevers laid on the table! We all miss Lancelot. He's in our hearts. I have found that one loss triggers past losses. It's part of life. Lancelot will never be forgotten. ❤
I remember Antoine during the lockdown staying at the chateau with his mom, Marie- they are such lovely people. Antoine has grown up and so handsome! It will be interesting to see what he will do in his adult life. Cheers to Philip for always making the dining room table so inviting.
So lovely to see all of the items in the shop have sold out. Phillip is going to be kept very busy restocking. He will now have an excuse for many more trips to the charity and antiques shops
I just got a bit teary eyed seeing how Anton has grown up. Such a handsome young man - no more little boy. I remember so many videos with his visit during the Cadeux sequences.
OM goodness. How is it possible? Antoine’s voice. We’re watching him grow into young man. Awwww! Such a handsome boy! It is so wonderful to see Philip find his passion- not just Stephanie. Good luck with your new venture Philip
My father's Birthday would have been today. born 1918, passed 1992. He was stationed in Paris after it was recovered in WWII. He was a wonderful person. He loved to cook. Happy Birthday to your guests too.
I’m so happy my Grandson has a large star in the Henry vault. The restoration is a tribute to your love of the entire chapel, chateau and our love of you all do for our total and complete enjoyment.
It makes sense to me Philip - sell, sell my man! It is all gonna be ok. The terrace is vey important and you and Stephanie will be grateful for the current sacrifice because what is coming is so big!😎
How delightful to see that a young man such as Antoine can appreciate the chapel restoration. I think it would be wonderful to continue your own shop. This would allow Philip to indulge his love of fine old china, etc., buy it, and either swap it out with the chateau's or offer it in the store. Obviously, from how quickly it sold there are buyers out there for it. And the proceeds can fund further restoration projects. S.
Geesh. I went to the page and EVERYTHING is sold out . What a wonderful and loyal fanbase. I guess we all have the same idea. If we can't quite go to the chateau we can bring it home to us. Please put more up for sale xoxox
Antoine is so tall and handsome. I like that his sweet demeanor is still the same. Such nice parents help! I Like seeing the shop for the terrace do so well! Queen Anne's Lace is always charming in a flower arrangement.
Out of curiously went and looked at the shop 5 hours after launch and everything is sold. How wonderful!! It is like you are sharing another part of the chateau with people and they have a physical connection. Wonderful way to shed extra by bring others joy and raising funds.
Forget everything else!! The immense work done on the chapel is a masterpiece.. it is such an important piece of history. Your fundraising has created a valuable example of how it was and will be again for many years with the correct care. Congratulations on a spectacular restoration!! 🌈😁👏🙏
Wow, dinner was so posh! It's like eating at the finest restaurant every evening! The chapel looks magical. I wish I could buy some of the dinnerware, or any of the glasses or cups/saucers, any of it. It must be wonderful living in the heart of porcelain land! I can hardly imagine what it would be like. I'm glad you are starting to recover from your grief. I hope there is only happiness for all of you for a long time to come!
WOW!!!! As I saw Antoine up that high, and you were talking about how when he is old he could say he was up there. It would be amazing to have everyone make their tiny initials somewhere up in the back side of the rafters on the ceiling before the scaffolding is gone. So you can't see it from the floor unless you know where it's at. ❤️
Wow! Antoine is so grown up now! Nice that he got to see the top of the chapel up close. Such a stunning chapel! Nick and Antoine's Marie is gorgeous a d I love her personality! ❤
😅🤭 i thought exactly the same. *lol* But for now, let him enjoy his Hero-phase... until the next excting brocante is taking his good intentions to the test.
I’m gonna be so bummed once the scaffolding comes down. I send the updates to my aunt. She loves them so much. The people you have working on your chapel are so skilled. It’s amazing.
I grow blackberries in my greenhouse (which sounds insane for those who can grow them outside) but in my highland environment, they never fruit - only survive. They produce so many berries that I turn a bulk of them into jam, others I turn into a puree and even others we dry for use in the winter. SO MANY BLACKBERRIES…and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
First, I can't believe that is Antoine. He's nearly grown! Second, clearing is good for the soul for sure. I'm glad you are doing it. Third, I'm so happy that the chapel is almost done. It looks so stunning.
The photos of the China and glassware for sale are absolutely stunning! You really need to do a book of a gorgeous life at Lalande. I will for sure buy that! And Marie is next level. Her plates are so beautiful. What an enchanted life you all have ❤
