Never size rubber straps with scissors. The trimmed edges won’t be smooth and clean. Buy yourself a proper all-purpose cutter.

This was superb Charlie! I hope you do more of these, there's a big gap on YT for this type of day-day watch content. A serious amount of work and £ goes into producing this type of (free) content, so fair play to you and the team! I haven't felt so tense, for a long time, when you were cutting that strap FFS 🙂

It was great to see the behind the scenes at The Luxury Watch Company with real customers and real transactions! Haven't seen this type of video from gray market dealers since the Pandemic Era, which ended in Q1 2022. What did amaze me even more is that Charlie lives & works in a mansion on an estate. I was expecting a small office in an office building in London!
I did not understand at 20:12 what the client was trading in for the Daytona Pikachu, and why the client had to pay Charlie an additional 12,750 british pounds. Please explain both sides of this transaction.

I have had experiences with dealers where they sent me pictures of a different watch and pretended the watch I traded had those scratches. Lots of disreputable dealers out there
