- Here we have a pre-owned 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT extended cab. This Silverado 1500 comes with a whopping 162k miles on it, and is still in great shape. This particular Silverado comes in sheer silver metallic on ebony cloth interior. The powertrain consists of a 5.3 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

I have a 2011 Silverado. 115K miles. 4X4 option with 5.3 liter V8 crew cab. Great truck. No problems. Lacking in technology by today’s standards but gets the job done ✅.

Just picked up a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 extended cab yesterday it only has 40k miles and I love it. It has manual 4x4 and manual hand crank windows none of that fancy stuff it’s practically brand new and it rides really smiths and good I love it and hope I have it for 20 or more years to come it has a 4.8l v8 it seems like it gets pretty good power

I love this truck just bought one a few months ago with 60k miles on it, been a good truck so far just goes through gas pretty quick.
Mines at 250,000, still like new but I noticed my oil pressure at idle is about 23psi, after warmed up. How about yours?

@@danielrudder7239 I hope so. I really wish I could find a real Chevy pro who knows the whole story of the low oil pressure.
One thing I found is, the trucks right before mine would burn oil and so Chevy changed the valve cover to block extra oil from going to exhaust I guess BUT also they may of used a lower pressure oil pump. There is a more powerful oil pump I could put on my truck, but will that be a good thing or bad thing for longevity?
I have a 00 Silverado with the 4.8 330k miles and still running. I just got a 2010 4x4 with the 5.3. One thing I’ve noticed is that on the temperature gauge it’s slightly above 210. Is that normal? The truck has not over heated on me. On my 00 Silverado it never did that.

That’s one of the few 2nd gen Silverados I’ve seen without the middle seat up front
