1. God is in everything. Brahma-atvan that pave way to pluralism. Dharma's pluralism is largely based on the idea that all humans have the god particle, and when the body dies, the particle return to god. But then, explained in Kino's Journey episode 10 or 11, and also Alina Gray's 2nd MGS, humans crave to destruction. We see it everywhere in the present day.
2. The idea of "Sati". I can't get my head around why the wife have to jump on to a pyre of fire to join her husband. That's called self destruct, not true love
3. Caste system, obviously
4. It's unrealistic idea of tolerance.
I could name a few more, but that will have to do for now

The journey into escaping the God idea, and rejecting religion, can be a long one. For those deeply invested in these notions they may begin by being unable to imagine a meaningful life without them. I saw many Indian hindu trolls in internet under the Islamic videos. Everyone fighting againts Islam but still Islam is fastest growing religion in the world.
