12:15 I'd throw in middle of white current and trying to work it naturally to ease by the eddy and BAM!Middle to edge of current like a real live prey caught in current. Stockers are still instinctive, but not as smart as wild trout. I realize it's for fun and I have taken a few buddies to that river cause its accessible and not private property. If you are up there again and want a big one go out right on Percimon, turn left on main hwy back to Clayton. Stay straight with Wendy's on your right. 20 miles to State line. Chatooga River is stocked and posses wild trout. Deliverance was filmed on that river so be careful
I’m in Sautee, Ga. Ultra light rod, Sahara 1000, 4lb test, #12 hook, light split shot, worms or Berkeley trout power worms. I watch them come from all over the world with fancy fly rods, expensive waders, etc to fish these waters. They spend the day caught in trees, issues with the reel or falling in the rivers and creeks but they look like professionals. Allman Bros T-shirt, shorts, converse shoes. Who needs thousands of dollars to catch trout? Keep it simple.
