8:40 Komso, your not front heavy, the thruster on top is tilting you forward. If thrust is above center of mass, then you get downforce and tilt forward in jumps.
His front aerodynamics are also facing downwards. The body panels on the side, those corners are facing in a way that'd push down. Great for the ground, but in air, Trailmakers just takes every bit of aerodynamics and cranks it to 11.
10:23 The reason your flipping forward is because of the updating of the forces. Your Jet engine in build mode is above the center of weight. As I said, the forces in trailmakers don't update. Which means, even if it looks like the center of weight and thrust are aligned in the vertical, they aren't due the lack of updating physics. Another reason for that are the seat controls, s pitches your vehicle upward and w pitches it down. Since you were pressing w airborne, it also pitched your nose downward. To disable seat controls you can go to seat settings and disable it. I hope this helped everyone who read this.
They weren't nose heavy on jumps, their center of thrust was higher than their center of balance, and was rotating the vehicle about its center of balance.
Kosonaut: The center of mass is near the center, but the center of thrust is way up high. What they both need is wings 😊 😆 But yeah move the center of thrust down closer to the center of mass.
I'm definitely up for more of TwoFace in Trailmakers. I'm subscribed to his channel now, just as I subscribed to this channel and several others thanks to ScrapMan's Trailmakers videos. Still trying to find a video card compatible with my Gateway DX4860 that will allow me to run Trailmakers at a decent frame rate; I bought the game a few months ago but it's presently unplayable due to video lag.
You have tow help 2face through the survival world, first the classic, then High seas and then make him AIRBORNE! Just that he learns everything, you know... not because we, the viewers, would get not one, not two, but THREE long series with you two in the driving seats! Definitely not because of that…
Trailmakers has about 4 rites of passage, I feel like. 1 is build a car. 2 is build a boat. 3 is build a plane. and 4 is go supersonic. So take TwoFace through the rites of passage. But you need to make him do rite 2 in the high seas map and 3 in the airborne map.
Looks like a new series "Evolution Noob V Pro" is in order where he gets to modify his vehicle between rounds, but you have to keep yours. Or maybe mod too, but not that much?
Kosmo ive wanted to mak timelapses myself but where do you get your music like it so pumped up and sounds good as a timelaps as its played fast i u know waht i mean
Use propellers as wheels Fly a boat off a hill Forget how rotation works Turn the engen high and get destroyed by the torck Domb ways to drive somany dumb ways to drive dumb ways to dri-i-ive so many dumb ways to drive (Second vers go)
Nice, a New face...no two New faces to trailmakers. Nice work. Also i dont think your vehicles are Front heavy, your Center of thrust is just pretty high.
I think the reason you're pitching down is I don't know if trail makers has that complex of an aerodynamics system, but the shape it's similar to how they do for a no moving parts pitch that also coincide with your center of mass
If Trailmakers has actual 2D physics, the propeller is causing a moment (a force some distance from a point for those that don't know) and causes the rotation on twoface's rig
Check out TwoFace www.youtube.com/@TwoFaceCTR
You weren't really front heavy. You were having the same issue as TwoFace, where the jet engine made your center of thrust too high, tipping you down.
Will do kosmo
Also, congrats on 100k
You need to put that car on the workshop it is so cool
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

probably also why he spins out so easy as well.
Well, it's unforce with the way the vectors are
It moves the weight to the front wheels.
His front aerodynamics are also facing downwards. The body panels on the side, those corners are facing in a way that'd push down. Great for the ground, but in air, Trailmakers just takes every bit of aerodynamics and cranks it to 11.
Also he is probably holding w, which with seat controls not disabled tips him forward
I was hoping |< and the crew would add TwoFace to their other gaming videos! YAY! Welcome to other buildy fun times, TwoFace!
I’m liking the addition of the new creators to your challenges! I hope Twoface had fun!

They weren't nose heavy on jumps, their center of thrust was higher than their center of balance, and was rotating the vehicle about its center of balance.
No comments? Lemme fix that
Btw I was thinking the same
The vehicles aren't front heavy, necessarily. When they go airborne, the thrust is above and behind the center of mass, pushing them into a roll.
Kosonaut:
The center of mass is near the center, but the center of thrust is way up high.
What they both need is wings 😊 😆
But yeah move the center of thrust down closer to the center of mass.

Great to see TwoFace make his Trailmakers debut! Can't wait to see more 😁
We gettin the wider group. Now imagine an 8 player race. With kan scrap, corndog, yuzi, two face, you, and the devs if they down

Kosmonaut be like: "The cycle has complete. When I left Kan I was but a learner, but now I'm the master." (Star War reference)
8 player massive Dethrone soon? 😉
be great for a Multiplayer Monday
I don’t think i’ve ever seen in a title “Noob vs Knob” and i immediately started giggling.
I am sooo bad at trail makers and I managed to break the physics, but Kosmo your the one that inspired me to play.
When Kosmo left Kan he was but the learner. Now he is the master!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉CONGRATS ON 100K!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you Richard!!
Looks like a new series "Evolution Noob V Pro" is in order where he gets to modify his vehicle between rounds, but you have to keep yours. Or maybe mod too, but not that much?
its not front heavy its just the engine is above the center of mass so it wants to pitch down
Agreed ideally should have been inline with the body between the rear wheels
just checked, it seems to happen even when I don't use the jet, but yes having it above the com certainly did not help my case xD
@@darealkosmo could it be a glitch with the way you mounted the jet? It seems you made it drop a bit
@@jasonpeace1991 yeah good point! maybe!
Congratulations on 100k 🎉🎉🎉
it's not that you're "front-heavy", its the thruster/propeller propulsion of the vehicle above the level plane of said vehicle's wheels.
awesome video its like kans noob vs pro videos but way less structured and I like alot better id love to see more
Yo love the car Kosmo. Looks like the rc from toy story.
Welcome, TwoFace to Trailmalers 😂
1:35 is the sound of that massive jet engine revving up
Kosmo ive wanted to mak timelapses myself but where do you get your music like it so pumped up and sounds good as a timelaps as its played fast i u know waht i mean
cool vid. multyplayer content is alvays amasing
Congrats on 100K subscribers.
heres a tip when racing in games press the gas excactly 1 second before it says go to get a boost just like mario cart
Noob becomes pro and gains a noob to train.
Nice video👍
9:38 SABOTAGE!!
Congrats on 100k
Use propellers as wheels
Fly a boat off a hill
Forget how rotation works
Turn the engen high and get destroyed by the torck
Domb ways to drive somany dumb ways to drive dumb ways to dri-i-ive so many dumb ways to drive
(Second vers go)
Nice, a New face...no two New faces to trailmakers. Nice work.
Also i dont think your vehicles are Front heavy, your Center of thrust is just pretty high.
😆
4:22 you know what this reminds me of Tom & Jerry the fast and the furry Movie
100k subs wooohoo
Happy 100k kosmo
Congrats on 100k Suns kosmo
I think the reason you're pitching down is I don't know if trail makers has that complex of an aerodynamics system, but the shape it's similar to how they do for a no moving parts pitch that also coincide with your center of mass
The aerodynamics are not that strong, it's pitching because both the thruster and the propeller are above the center of mass
@@B2411s if you look at another comment though, by Cosmo himself he said he wasn't using the turbine during the jump
@@Funsiz3dBlacksmith then it was probably the aerodynamics 😅
@@B2411s or I can also be wrong and it's just trail makers
congrats for 100k
2:20 aerodynamics are calculated before you use th pistons so it doesnt help oulling it down using a piston also why the no drag glitch works
Loved it
congrats 100 k sub
Hmm seems someone ending up in the water triggered dial internet I can only imagine why
Not front heavy, just forgot to deactivate aircontrol on seat and kept holding W for forward on the jumps.
seal clubbing moment
Centre of thrust above centre of thrust causes you to rotate
If Trailmakers has actual 2D physics, the propeller is causing a moment (a force some distance from a point for those that don't know) and causes the rotation on twoface's rig
TwoFace is so pleasant
could it possibly have been that you are holding the thruster while in air that’s rotating the vehicle in air
2 minutes since posted nice
Man i wish i could join in on this lmao, i don't have trailmakers though
kosmo is a teacher
My brother in christ does not understand forces pushing against the back of your head will make you want to fall over
kosmo sometimes is kinda a knob 😆
Ur front heavy because of the thruster high up on the vehicle
What if you brought everyone together for dethrone?
Look my center of mass..
Look center of thrust!🙄
Noob vs noob XD
Alt titel Joker vs two-face/ Bad men race
"Noob Vs Knob" 🤣🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀💀
yeah center of thrust issues
to think kosmo used to be the noob in kANs vids
Yay
Wait a second kosmo last time I saw you on the noob vs pro you were the noob
Has kosmo evolved?
maby?
idk
do more videos with twoface
i saw “noob vs knob” and thought you did a collab with RCE
just make a seat with a hover pad and gyroscope
Hey man
Your car isn’t front heavy look at your thruster position in relation to your center of mass tries to flip you forward
your not front heavy, your center of thrust is over your mass
Noob vs noob
Noob vs noobish? lol.
