Not working.
You spoke way too much about helos, which dont matter.
Is there any way to make one that is just a timer and doesn't have to be trigged by an action? It just starts running as soon as the game is started?
An easy way would be to put the trigger on the initial spawn point, so the timer would start when the players spawn in.

+MrDeath pwn (Deathpwn) Double check that you have the trigger set properly. Other than that as long as you take your squad and:
1-set a move waypoint under them
2-connect this move waypoint to the trigger
3-then whatever side you have set to trigger this waypoint once they pass through it the units you want to move should move after the specified time set.
