Ashwagandha is a very powerful supplement that has many great benefits when it comes to helping with anxiety and stress management overall. In this video, we will look at it from my experience with almost 2 years of using it.
What are all its benefits, especially the benefits of ashwagandha for men, what are the downsides and how should you use it safely? I will answer all these questions today.
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that has been helping people since hundreds of years to combat stress problems around the world, now it's coming back strong with a new popularity since it appeared on the Andrew Huberman podcast.

Thanks for your words in the beginning, that really helped my mindset. I really felt bad that I wasn't able to deal with the cause of my stress etc. I thought I shouldn't take anything and just change my situation, but my head is just to overwhelmed and depressed and I have zero energy. So I will try ashwagandha to be more focused to change my situation.

I have had a lot of very negative stress, trauma, sorrow over the last 3 years that caused a state of depression and high anxiety. I started taking ashwaganda for about a month with some other stuff, mainly antioxidants and vitamins and noticed that i actually felt pretty good. Then i stopped ashwaganda because of fear of side effects. Went straight back into crippling anxiety after a few weeks. Now back on ashwaganda and the anxiety is almost completely gone again. I have energy and drive to do stuff again. I can say for sure that it has effect on me.

I’m thinking about trying this, just concerned about long term side effects. I was on an SSRI for 5 years, but my doctor recently made me quit because we think it’s lowering my white blood count too much. It’s only been a month since I stopped, so I’m slowly improving, but if I’m not where I want to be again by mid September I may give this a try.
