I’ve always made homemade peanut noodles like with a homemade peanut sauce. It’s actually really easy and you can use spaghetti or really whatever noodle you want. I’m not a big pasta eater though but it’s definitely an inexpensive easy meal that is tasty and different so I do recommend it.

To anyone worried about mincing garlic; may I introduce fine graters to you? c: They're the long flat ones with handles and small holes you mightve seen used for parmesian. You dont even need to peel the individual garlic cloves, just rub it into the grater and the skin will come off and stay in your hand as you grate!
