Working in a call center handling credit card account. One of my biggest dilema is to apply positive scripting to customers who accrued an interest and past due fee and requesting that fees to be waive but no option for me to do so. How can I say this bad news in a positive way?Any help?

Sammy if you speak Spanish eso se puede traducir como...
      Ni me imaginaba
      Que me iba a imaginar
      Cómo iba yo a saber
      Poco me imaginaba
Ni por la mente me pasaba
      Como podría imaginarlo
      Cómo iba yo a saber
Now, if you don't speak Spanish.
The phrase refers to the fact that one wasn't able to imagine, think, or foretell what was going to happen in the future.
      For instance...
Little did I know she was going to be my wife the first time I know her.

Hey guys I really appreciate your videos, so could you please tell me what are the procedures to get a job in a call center ??

    • @HipronarySchool
      @HipronarySchool  4 роки тому

It depends a lot on the company's requirements.
You must have a good English level.
During the recruiting process you'll be required to complete some assignments. They want to ensure that you are able to pass the listening, speaking tests before hiring you.
They don't wanna hire someone whose English is poor and will be struggling on the phone to communicate with customers.
Some call centers want their employees to have a proficient level (meaning that the candidate must have a +C1 English level).

It may vary depending on the country and/or the company.
We're not from Dominican Republic so to be upfront we don't handle that information.
You might as well reach out to the HR department of the Company you're interested in working at for additional information thereof.

Hi guys. There are alternative forms to say (I WANT) LIKE slangs

    • @HipronarySchool
      @HipronarySchool  5 років тому +1

Yes, but please note that the following verbs have unique connotations referring to strongly or eagerly desiring something.
      To sigh for
      To jones for
      To crave
      To ache for
      To die for
      To hanker for
      To itch for
      To fiend
      To feen
      To lust for
      To yearn for
      To yen for.
      To pine for
      To long for
I would personally be extremely careful when using these verbs as they may convey a different meaning depending on the situation.
