I have to deal with this kind of issues every day. The most difficult part is how to say something negative in a positive way.

I work as a Tier 2 Supervisor for a very prominent bank in a card fraud call center, and this bears no resemblance to how a call actually goes. And we never verify with the card number. Those change, can be lost, ect. If a customer calls in with a lost card, we couldn't help them lol.

I started to work as an English agent and it has been kind of stressful and hard process for understanding what they say. I only have 5 days since I started and I hope to get information from these videos because I want to overcome this nesting process, there are a lot of calls

Hi , have you been working in a call center? How was your experience these days?
I had a similar job but it was extremely stressful haha

I can feel you. I worked at Western Union as a Support Specialist. It was my firts call center job. It was an emotional roller coaster ride for me. Really nerve-racking when I entered my first nesting period. I am now applying for a fraud-related role. This video helped.
