Thanks for the tests you carried out. True tests carried out in the field are just what detecting is all about. Sometimes things don’t work out and we have to rethink our settings. The ground we hunt will always have us thinking, no clear cut signals. It’s all practise and when you can’t see the target it a whole new world what’s happening.
Depending on the mineralisation in the ground in your area, will certainly minimise the depth you get and its ability to distinguish the non ferrous from the ferrous. All VLF detectors have there limitations in highly mineralised ground. I have highly mineralised ground where l live in Australia, maybe the worst on earth🤣🤣🤣. Other users in other countries may have it not so bad. Overall a nice vid, but thank you👍👍👍

ive noticed that small gold like this only shows up when i have the high sensitivity manual setting like you. but if i use auto one or auto 2, it wont pick it up at all
Yeah I don't use the auto settings anymore because of this. I've detected areas with auto and found gold, then detected the same area on manual high and found more gold that I missed with Auto.
I had my gold monster say a horse shoe was a gold signal. Also iv had tiny bits of conglomerate specimens ring up iron to.
Excellent effort comparing these readings. I wonder when mine lab will start making pulse induction flip flops so I can be scannin while standin 😂
Now that's something I'd like to see. No more clunky metal detectors. You might want to patent that one 😂

And auto ground balance any idiot can run this machine with no skills .
This is a good machine would you still have to learn to run it and understand what it saying.
It has a different sound for every type of mail hot rocks all of that !
Do you know gold will cancel out it’s own signal.
And iron signal and gold signal or two different entities.
Yeah you go over them nails a few times and emailed your headphones to your head a few more times in your brain melt it won’t even be able to run A machine.
Your brain will automatically blocked them sensory overload.
Use headphones so you can hear the machine then maybe you could start to learn how it runs everything has a different sound everything reacts differently so there’s more than one way to tell but if you can’t hear the detector you’re never gonna learn let alone try to give people lessons and you can’t hear the damn detector.
Oh that’s right your teaching people how to use the idiot gauge.
Which will work for a lot of people that never learn how to run a detector monsters good for that and they could still get gold.
Sorry I’m just a grumpy old timer I’m gonna see you get past this you may have skills in the future.
The skills apply to all detectors you learn the skills and you can pick up any detector and discriminate with it in more than one way.
