They choked him out, he was snoring... When they stood him up he wakes up as he comes into camera.
The Sargent came and checked on him after too, pretty sure Sarge knew the officers screwed up with 1 choking while two restrained. The force isn't justified, for a man with shorts and no shirt that's not throwing punches.
