My mom grew a garden like yours. When we first moved it was all dirt. Then when mom died and we sold the place, people said we should have had weddings there. I love the gardens. Thank You for sharing your adventures. Just like being at home. I now live in a small community in a double wide trailer home. Not a lot of gardening but I'm getting old. It is nice that you are sharing with me.
That's amazing 👏 😊♥️
It's really impressive what you've done in that climate! It looks like such a peaceful, wonderful space!
Thank you 😊👍♥️
Hens and Chicks, those are flower stalks coming out.....
Aww, thanks.. I've never seen it bloom 😊👍♥️
Looks like so many different areas than last year. Can’t wait to see it when I am there in a few months.
Definitely 😊👍♥️
Man, you do have patience with that drip system. I would be crazy trying to fix the leaks and so on. Your oasis is flourishing and looking radiant. The garden snake was cool, but have you ever seen a rattler on your property? Go enjoy your break! Say hey to Jeff and hugs to the doggos!✌🤟Happy pride month!🏳🌈
Lol.. Thanks Gary ☺️🙏♥️ no just rat snakes. Will do 👍
👍🤩💝Looking good. 💝

That was a lot of work laying out your drip system, I’m so impressed!! Your garden looks great and I love the tours. After watching your video I went out to my little backyard garden, pretended I had a UA-cam channel and did a tour. I think those tall hens and chicks stalks are blooming! We’ll maybe get to see in the next video-garden mysteries! Thx as always for your hard work making such a zen(for us😅) video-love your music choices too.
I didn't even think of it blooming, that would be cool to see! Very nice of you.. thanks ☺️ 👍
water is essential and it appears you have figured out to provide it where it's needed. I hope you have allowed for some of those shrubs to get VERY large which will take over the garden area and other plants. You and Jeff have worked extremely hard and it shows..congratulations on getting the drip system in place. THANK YOU for sharing.
Definitely.. thanks 😊👍♥️
Lol, Janet, in my early days of apartment dwelling, I would always over plant… my Dad would tell me I was trying to plant 40 acres in postage stamp sized garden. 😏🪴
❤

Everything looks so good! In a couple more years it will be a true Oasis!
Thanks.. I hope so 😊🙏♥️
Maybe get a hold of bee keeper and see if they would want to bring in a couple of their hives for summer. Of course, only if you're not allergic 😊 My neighbor did that, and my fruit trees went crazy 😊
The bees will need a consistent water source. Maybe keep track of the blooming season to see if there is enough for them throughout the spring summer season. 🐝❤
@carolwest6095 With her auto drip system, they should be good .
😊👍
Beautiful ❤️
Thank you! 😊♥️
Love it. 👍💞
Thank you! ☺️👍♥️
It looks beautiful. Just be careful with all that water you’re going to attract rattlesnakes according to rattlesnake solutions in AZ.👍🙂
Thanks for the tip😊👍
@@GardenDayZ you definitely have talent. I have watched both your channels grow. It looks beautiful.🩷
@@claridee0765 Thank you.. that's so nice of you 😄👍❤
Your garden is really getting there. That is pure dedication, working on those drip lines and I am sure it will pay off. Water is essential to get them all established and you're getting it done. Things will get better with time.
What kind of daisies are you trying to grow? I wonder if the wind could be a problem and maybe a windbreak would help with some plants. (Just brainstorming.)
I found out in the high desert around Lancaster, CA, that I was planting the wrong kind of lavender; what I planted needed much more water than I could provide. This was at my brother's place back in 2004.
Thanks 😊♥️ they are Shasta Daisies.. and supposedly drought tolerant when established 👍 hmm interesting 🤔 thanks for sharing
You could put some scarlet runner beans on your trellis they are perennials
Definitely.. great suggestion 😊 👍
Check with Petals from the past In Alabama and they will tell you the proper fig to plant in your area
😊👍
Thanks for the tour 😊
My pleasure 😊
Could not hear you Ausia… but only at the end you came through…aww 😢
hmmm weird I know some parts were only left speaker, that could be it
As clear and normal as ever. Must be whatever you watched on,
💛💛💛
😊👍♥️
Your place looks awesome! You think you'll ever get a tiny house?
Thank you 😊🙏♥️ you never know, but for now I'm happy with my RV small space 💖
🐼
😊♥️
Have you encountered any other type of snakes; Rattle snakes?
No thankfully 👍
Tablespoon of Epsom salt once a month around each py😊
Puts magnesium and phosphorus back in your dirt helps photosynthesis
Thanks for the tip!
What happened to your Pointer Finger ! Looks painful Ausia !
From washing my hand too much, the Psoriasis on my hands gets worse 😕
I'm so sorry about the psoriasis . I hope it gets better soon.💝
@@carolwest6095 thanks Carol 😃👍
Think about that. Only five minutes on a DRIP, in that climate. Hmmmm, I don't know.
Well, I guess we'll see, but gardening is definitely one big experiment in my case ...lol ☺️
I'm surprised that she doesn't have a house
She? Whose she? 🤔🙄 Rude!
I do have a house, although it's on wheels 😊👍🚌
We planted Cold Hardy Kiwis here in mid-Michigan and they’ve done really well.
About 4 plants on an arbor of re-rod and garden fencing shaped in an arch. Male & Female.
Took a few years to bear fruit, but that has nothing to do with what you’re dealing with.
I’m wondering if it’s just to hot there? But as long as they are kept watered well while becoming established then they _should_ be alright.
In other words, I don’t know why they’re not leafing out there. Ours got so thick in fact, (lack of care on my part…I’m quite short, and they were established by 6+feet of Son-in-Law) that they don’t fruit as heavily as they once did. I just can’t stand on ladders anymore.
But again, none of my problems helps you with your problem…which is getting them to leaf out well in the beginning. 🫲😟🫱
Yeah not sure 🤔
