- [DOWNTOWN PHOENIX ARIZONA] Is it right for you?
Downtown Phenix has got a game, and I cannot wait to share it with you. Look, it's not like all the other large metropolitan areas. It's very unique in its own right, and it's super young. So there's a lot of new stuff popping up left and right, and I can't wait to share it with you because living in downtown Phoenix is something special coming at you right after this.

I met you during a hike on meetup !!! Hi again ! Im looking to buy in Maricopa so thanks for all the information
Hi Perla 👋 glad you found me on UA-cam. Let me know if I can be of any assistance!!!
Which is the best highrise to live in?
I think that depends on the buyer’s preferences and budget.
Adeline, easily. The amenities can’t be beat.
@@MalikNichols28 thank you for your input! LOVE THIS! adelinedowntown.com/
We love it here!!
Yayyy! Thanks for your input. 🙌🙌🙌
Sheryl ur hair is Cute
Awwwwwe thank you!
i REALLY want to live in a high rise condo in downtown Phoenix. Im from Europe, i like big city feel with shops everywhere and good public transport. HOA on some of them is 1000 dollars or more per month, its too much for me. If i can find like 500-600 for HOA i might consider it if its really nice.
There isn't a lot of shopping in downtown Phoenix. Our 'downtown' isn't like most big cities. There is FINALLY a grocery store downtown but that just shows you how not normal of a downtown it is. You may want to consider 'other' downtowns like Scottsdale (Old Town), the Biltmore area in Phoenix, Gilbert or even Chandler.
What was the name of the high rise you featured in Downtown Phoenix?
Portland on the Park
Seems so cool !!
It's starting to be! We are finally growing up.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona it seems like a great place for young adults, what about churches and parks???
@@Jordan-co2re Lots of different churches throughout the valley, some absolutely beautiful really historic ones in downtown Phoenix. Lots of parks too, I love all the festivals and events at the Margaret T. Hance Park is a 32-acre public park near Downtown Phoenix that is home to music festivals, special events, park amenities, the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center and Phoenix Center for the Arts.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona do you have a social media I can get in touch with you when I go home hunting ??

You don’t have potholes in Phoenix because you don’t have the weather fluctuations that are prevalent in the Midwest or the East Coast.
YOU are correct my friend!
Homeless people are in all cities
Not really. Not in Phoenix where it is 115. There are definitely cities that are more prone to homeless then others. Even though they are homeless, more often then not, they rely on some sort of city resources and tend to be in those areas.
Phoenix college and creighton university are located in DTPHX!! Don’t forget them !
Thank you for pointing that out!
Its amazing how much downtown Phoenix has changed, it use to be a shithole, I really only go downtown to go to symphony hall and its nice to see its cleaner and safer than it was.
'we' are finally growing up until a real city! LOL Yes, the growth is amazing except for 2 things about downtown... 1) Mostly rentals as opposed to condos and townhomes and 2) this is where you will find most of the homeless.
What is the rent range for the high rise area?
Check out Rent.com for various sizes, prices and buildings.
Have always wanted to try out high rise living since THE JEFFERSON'S & then there was FRASER was concerned bout noise between floors guess depends on how built
@@desertrat2021 typically high rises that are built to SELL, will have better construction and sound guarding. Online reviews also have tons of feedback.
Phoenix, Arizona also has well I think Arizona in general have a drug problem like an apocalypse
I hate to get political but THE BORDER is the problem! And we are a border state.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona I don’t mind the political conversation I’m not intimidated by it mostly because everybody in my families been in the military, so I’ve been in brought up around certain conversations. But I don’t know most of the people that I see that are strung out they don’t look like they came fromover yonder at the border a lot of white women and a lot of white men now that I think about it. There’s a few black people in there, but I’ve seen more Caucasians than anywhere else.
@@DIVINGSTRONGER that's where the drugs come from, Mexico. And yes, it's all walks of life that are effected by the drugs that come through the border, even the Caucasians as you put it.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona that makes sense. Thanks for the enlightenment and yes Caucasians I could’ve said palefaces because us native Americans had a tendency to refer to them as that.
I am Sidhant from India, I'm soon moving to phoenix AZ. I want to know about jobs and opportunities, volunteering and many other things! Could share?
You may find a better UA-cam channel for this type of information. Sorry I don't have more information on these items.
What about scorpions
If you live in downtown phoenix chances are you will never see a scorpion, but living in Gilbert, or Surprise, or Scottsdale, there is a better chance of having them present.
@@LivinginPhoenixArizona ok thanks
@@charlesx5795 we are in the desert but it isn’t desert everywhere. I know. Confusing. It’s a concrete jungle like most other cities.
I lived in Arizona for 20 years, never saw a scorpion in my life. It depends where you live, like if you live near untouched (undeveloped) land youll most likely see scorpions and snakes and coyotes and stuff like that.
@@eurostar0711 totally agree!
Renting on 19th Ave and Van Buren. Love being able to hop on a highway and go any direction. America is now the weed capital of the world Amsterdam could suck it. Amsterdam ain't got s*** on America. I wish I had money so I could disappear in a small town. Weed habit is cheaper than a cigarette habit in Phoenix for sure. Get the medical card don't pay taxes
Thank you for sharing.
