  • [DOWNTOWN PHOENIX ARIZONA] Is it right for you?
    Downtown Phenix has got a game, and I cannot wait to share it with you. Look, it's not like all the other large metropolitan areas. It's very unique in its own right, and it's super young. So there's a lot of new stuff popping up left and right, and I can't wait to share it with you because living in downtown Phoenix is something special coming at you right after this.

    i REALLY want to live in a high rise condo in downtown Phoenix. Im from Europe, i like big city feel with shops everywhere and good public transport. HOA on some of them is 1000 dollars or more per month, its too much for me. If i can find like 500-600 for HOA i might consider it if its really nice.

      There isn't a lot of shopping in downtown Phoenix. Our 'downtown' isn't like most big cities. There is FINALLY a grocery store downtown but that just shows you how not normal of a downtown it is. You may want to consider 'other' downtowns like Scottsdale (Old Town), the Biltmore area in Phoenix, Gilbert or even Chandler.

    You don’t have potholes in Phoenix because you don’t have the weather fluctuations that are prevalent in the Midwest or the East Coast.

    Homeless people are in all cities

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  7 місяців тому

      Not really. Not in Phoenix where it is 115. There are definitely cities that are more prone to homeless then others. Even though they are homeless, more often then not, they rely on some sort of city resources and tend to be in those areas.

    Its amazing how much downtown Phoenix has changed, it use to be a shithole, I really only go downtown to go to symphony hall and its nice to see its cleaner and safer than it was.

      'we' are finally growing up until a real city! LOL Yes, the growth is amazing except for 2 things about downtown... 1) Mostly rentals as opposed to condos and townhomes and 2) this is where you will find most of the homeless.

    Renting on 19th Ave and Van Buren. Love being able to hop on a highway and go any direction. America is now the weed capital of the world Amsterdam could suck it. Amsterdam ain't got s*** on America. I wish I had money so I could disappear in a small town. Weed habit is cheaper than a cigarette habit in Phoenix for sure. Get the medical card don't pay taxes
