Not every flip is created the same but Opendoor is the king of "lipstick on a pig". They will do paint/carpet on a neglected house and want "full remodel" price
Very informative from a client's perspective ! I spent over a year commuting to Az. from Chicago when the market was insanly hot in pre covid times. I got an email alert at 7:00 am about a new listing, called my agent at 8:30 am Phoenix time to hear that this home had been sold yesterday !! Not even listed yet, owner gave permission to show to a client passing by and they bought it !! I am quite pleased I chose to remain in my $700K brick home in the NW suburbs of Chicago with a massive fireplace and artistry no one in Az. has ever heard of. $500K and up for cardboard houses is laughable.
Yeah, I recently purchased a home. There were like 10 houses in the neighborhood that I wanted to be in. There’s a big difference between people who sell hight of the market versus people who sell at what is considered a low.
@@SamMobleyaz The information itself was useful, but the thumbnail misrepresented the video contents. I will never respect a content creator who stoops to deceit for clicks. I have more respect for prostitutes
We had opendoor buy our home and we bought our new home through open door. Best process ever, this was in california.

Great tips! Would be interested to see you cover foreclosures
We need more AZ Javy vids!!!!!!!!
Nice clickbait thumbnail. I enjoyed pressing "Don't recommend channel".
Really? He provided three different types of homes (situations) that he would never buy. Respectfully I disagree. I had to give it a recommend.

@summitupman995 I also have more respect for sex workers than content creators.
