Well my man...The reason that hellkitty is much more dirty than the fire GTR is because the GTR was given a serious bath to put the flames out lol. And that's that.
The holes in the hood are from the spike of the halligan bar. It’s one the easier ways to make a gap to get water under the hood. Source; Am fireman

@@Error-5478 engines are cast iron and high strong aluminum. Block will be fine. They run everyday with nonstop internal explosions
@@djnone8137 as long as there were no leaks in the engine (oil fill cap, intake pipes, etc.) and the car wasnt running when they sprayed the water, i dont see how water could get inside an engine.
U are correct with the fireman banging holes in the hood, buddy son called his dad and said his new Infinity was on fire on the highway, the dad said why u calling me put it out were on the way I build jet skis for a living and if you own one then u know how small the fire extinguishers are I grabbed like 5 as we were running out the shop, we saw the smoke from like 3 miles away, he was on opposite side of highway get turned around I said it's to late for these fire extinguishers, we get out sounds like really loud fire crackers going off nobody seemed alarmed my wife said sounds like gunshots, I said u get your gun out the car he said first thing he got I said u have Xtra bullets in car he said of shit 2 full boxes in trunk, this 2023 infinity sedan was burning down 800 miles on it, those fireman truly put in work putting holes in this brand new car and u csn tell they enjoyed it then shoved hose in it, they came over asked for key fob he gave it to them we watched them literally cut the engine harness with bolt cutters, they cut everything broke out the small window I asked why he said to shove hose in there so we can flood it so it won't re ignite, aftermarket sub caught on fire

And the Mach 1 comes with GT500/350 suspension and comes with coolers, and it comes with the GT350 mani and intake like the Bullitt.

True that is the other thing that people really looked forward to as an option if you don’t go for the 10 speed automatic then you get the same tremec 6 speed in the gt350 which is a solid base to start with on that car paired with a whipple from Kong Performance you’d have yourself a sick street car
Love your vids, crazy how some cars can be brought back from the brink of death! Just a word of caution to those who are feeling inspired and thinking about buying wrecked burnt cars to restore and/or part out, when handling burnt cars you want to be mindful when it comes to burnt carbon fibre/fibre glass. That dust and ash extremely unhealthy, some would even compare it to asbestos in terms of health hazard so... Might not want to go poking around in those wrecks too much, and be especially careful and wear adequate protection when you tear into the car itself and clean it out/rebuild. Stay safe y'all!
I like when you go to Copart and give your opinions...good info! You did a lot of Vettes already ,but it looks like a strong option . Why can't you put the GTR motor in the Juke instead that might be cool

Nissan made a prototype Juke with a current GTR drivetrain, and suspension if memory serves. It was apparently a wild ride due to the short wheelbase.
If you try the q50 vr30 swap keep in mind that you can’t control the throttle bodies so there will always be a lag in throttle response you’re also limited to ecutek as a tuning solution.

the damage on the hood of the GTR looks like it was done with a halligan bar by the fire department. they probubly used the bar to make a opening to spray water in the engine compartment.

The new M3 (G80) had the S58 which with a downpipe and tune can make 700whp

2017 gtr comes with a titanium exhaust from factory, Visconti parts are good parts, Boost logic titanium exhaust is about $4500, Visconti fuel rails probably has Visconti fuel kit. I see the Zextronix content analyzer for ethanol content. Visconti fuel kit runs from front passenger to the rear. Visconti pumps are right underneath the passenger side back seat. Uses stock fuel basket.
Forgot to mention he ran 10s on his personal vr30 q50.
surprised m3 totalled, def had to be bc of the carbon ceramic brakes. m2 and m3 have different engines but only bc of the different generations. that new m3 has the s58 and is a VERY fast car. closer to 550hp but runs with 700hp cars all day.

VR30s with E85 tunes and a few supporting mods will make over 450whp 500wtq. That Juke would be a blast. Check AMS perf in Illinois.
I could never do a build can’t afford anything like that unfortunately but you guys are amazing keep up the great work the demon will be awesome when it’s done and screaming down the street 👍👍

You have to pull the BMW hood latch twice to release... It says it on the release lever under the dash. there is no under hood secondary latch

I was going to buy the Carly OBD2 reader but you need to sign up and pay for a membership to use all the features. I think it will only read engine codes without a membership. Now that is not bad I guess but I did some research and settled on the Blue-Driver one. It's about $100 and you get everything without paying any extra fees. Just a tip for anyone looking to buy one of these. Now if you have the money to spend, I am sure Carly is better, but if you don't have the money then look around.
They probably pulled the radio to disable the OnStar so it couldn't be tracked

Personally, I'd buy that wide body charger. Not for such as. Well. Cause it's a hellcat, it's because I want the drivetrain. To put into a 66 Charger. And then attempt to integrate a few items from the wide body charger into the 66 charger. Maybe like the widebody flares. And the seats, at least for the front. The back seats I'd keep stock. Depending on if it was a restoration, if I was restoring a 66 charger, almost everything from the widebody hellcat would go into the 66 charger. Utilizing as much as I can, making it kinda modern while keeping it old school

the mach 1 is lame, gt350 msrp for a pp1 with a tremec unless you spec the handling pack that makes it a pp2. just stickers and 10 grand added on top
Personally I would go for the Gtr, simply because it's one of my dream cars but I'm no expert in dealing with burn damage, so I guess my second choice would be the C6.
Question guys, Bough my First car from Auction (Iaai). The car (2017 Accord) was listed and run and drive, just wear and tear and some lights on the dash. After a few days of diagnosing the car I notice it Had water damage, Probably from a flood. My question is: Do auction usually have to respond or do something when they do not list such a important information about the car? Like partial refund/Accept the car back etc

I would love to see that Infiniti drivetrain get swapped into the Juke.
That was my car. the amp and speakers shorted out and caused fire. the rear damage was done a few weeks before and was waiting on insurance check.

Get that 15k mile Vette. Though that looks like plenty of driveway builders will be bidding. Its beautiful and truly an easy fix.
But, Juke Box Hero should get the GTR and just do that swap. Quit messing about, and make it a real baby GTR, unless you cant handle da powr! lol.
