I'm an ex employee. Trader Joe's can truly be a great place to work. However, I feel as though they mishandled my sexual harassment/assault case poorly. There were several women who have testimonials, but he wasn't fired. He was moved to another location because we didn't have witnesse. I l tried to work, but after multiple panicked attacks, I have been unable to return. The victims are the ones who have been punished. I was going to be trained for manager until this happened. It cost me a LOT. Edited late to include some of his victims were underage, but the most scared moving forward. If Cristiano still works at Trader Joe's and you see him, do not trust his fake charm and wit. It disarms you and makes you too comfortable. And watch your teenage daughters.
