- The bail hearing of 21-year-old student Bafana Mahungela is continuing in the Alexandra Magistrate's Court. He is accused of the pre-meditated murder and rape of Johannesburg teacher Kirsten Kluyts. The 34-year-old English teacher at Delta Park High School was murdered while taking part in a local sporting event in October. Mahungela was arrested at a student residence at Varsity College in Sandton last month.

I agree with people who said this young boy need help whether he did that or not, one cannot undress the dead person and wear her clothes, put a cap and sunglasses to disguise himself, put other clothes in a drain and not call the police. The issue is the reality, a possibility of Mahindra killing this lady n now trying to spin or denying is most probable. Denying such a person bail is only fair. How does a person who isn't a killer strip clothes of a dead person worse wear them, why would he think DNA when he knows he did not kill her. From the state examination the footage was perfectly reviewed and observeed for weeks , fortunately enough it happened that Bafana Bafana was the only person to be detected by the camera 📷 footage but still we have people running around with naked empty brains claiming Bafana Bafana is innocent. Well am glad that the judge fairly played Her role , it could be a blessing in disguise to see her handling Senszo Meyiwao case unfortunately the government officials won't allow that especially since its been known thst they are part of the trial or murder case. Hence it would be great challenge for Mayiwao family , fans, and relatives to find justice.

Look deeper into everything and not just what the media shows us. There is a lot of rocks unturned. Assuming that he did it is not enough coz that's assumptions. Yes he did take the clothes that's one thing pointing to him but the rest of the things that are assumed are not enough evidence to claim he really did it. Think about it. Where are the people who knew she was there and those that took pictures should also know something about her and pictures were taken tof her before her death.

Let's talk about it.
1. Kirsten was doing her rounds of running; she entered the gates of that park around 07:30.
2 At 08:06 we see Kirsten doing her 3rd lap of running; and at the very instant of 08:06 we see Mahungela entering the park and he was 100m away from Kirsten.
3. At 08:12 Kirsten goes missing and the other runners find her phone; headphones.
4. 08:15 we see Mahungela wearing Kirsten clothes going to the restaurant within the park.
5. He goes to that restaurant and sit; he asks for menu and never mentions there's a dead body down the park. He looks at the menu and leave the park by jumping out and not using the gate where all people use to exit/enter.
6. He then goes and finds a drain; he push the clothes inside.
7 He goes to his residence and two days later talks about it to Sis'Noma who's a residence administrator.
8 He proceed as if things are normal; a week later he talks about this to his friends.
So who killed Kirsten? 🤔 It's Bafana Mahungela and no one else🙌🏾
Convincing the wrong person will be an injustice to 2 people, the deceased and the accused. I have no confidence in this judge. The state’s case was weak.

Why did the state not provide the footage? It sounds like laziness or incompetence.
Was the footage inside the house, outside the victims home or just walking on the street? If inside and outside the home then it will easily solve this case, if outside then who's to say the neighbour or even someone who knows the cameras would not pass that area

For your info. Judges make rulings based on facts. They don't just look at you and rule. Hence we have what is called 'appeal '. If by any chance a ruling is made based on feelings, the defense will detect that and apply for appeal in a higher court. In this case it is impossible for appeal because the verdict is in line with evidence supplied.

In his case, the murder weapon was found, and he didn't deny shooting her.
