Hi fucken crazy...human being does not play around a dead person, we are very scared of that...that's natural to us. Part of the respect maybe. Stripping was the worst case of disgracing this woman. Evidence is clear, he killed her that it.

This boy knows something. You can't approach someone lying down with the aim of helping but you fail to complete your kindness by calling out for help on the spot. He was only concerned about his DNA found on the scene which he tried to conceal by removing clothes from the victim. What he was not aware of was there were cameras that succeeded in placing him at the crime scene.

I do agree with you, it does not make sense that you would find a dead body than you decide to strip it naked and even go to the extent of wearing the deceased's t-shirt. Unless just like the state's attorney is referring that there might be something wrong with this guy's mental state.

@@avelakhoza6140 The problem is we are reasoning like normal people sitting at home watching movies or Netflix eating popcorn. Put yourself in his shoes. As a man. Black young man. What would you do? If you touched a body of a dead person that you discovered. At that specific moment a lot of things will be running through your head. He acted very childish by running away from the scene. But the point still stands that STATE does not have concrete evidence to prove that he did it.

This is a young BLACK MAN, in question of the murder of YOUNG WHITE PROFESSIONAL FEMALE. After listening to his son, considering the latter and taking into consideration our questionable justice system, he might have thought his son stood no chance of walking away free.
He too like his son might have been overwhelmed with fear and panic hence they’d consulted a contact they knew in law enforcement for legal advice.
He to me seems like a father who believes his son is innocent and wouldn’t want him to form part of the statistic of men wrongfully arrested.

The arrogance of this guy makes my stomach turn. Clearly, this is someone who has never been held accountable for anything. I just watched a Plug video about this crime and how this guy previously assaulted other people. The video reveals his drunken behavior and self-entitlement, no accountability whatsoever and him being lavished with money his whole life. This is someone whose parents did a poor job raising him all they did was spoil him, hence he feels or shows no remorse. The part where he wore the dead lady's t-shirt after undressing her lifeless body is sickening. This judge who's questioning him can't handle this child, he's too sassy for him. I would have very quickly put him in his place.

He then panics, thinking that after his investigation he might have left his DNA. He removes what he thought might have had his DNA and then flees fearing being implicated in something he wasn’t involved in.

The timelines and his action make him guilty. He doesn't look remorseful and comes across egotistical. I think he has a fetish to kill and was properly high on drugs.
Even wearing the clothes are an unexplainable action. A sane person wouldn't do that. Ebaqhunyiwe. Timelines is 9 minutes. He had 9 minutes to commit murder. Not planned as it was unexpected i think his fetish and drugs got him to act on impulse. It's a process taking off clothes and wearing them. He did that all by himself.

No one who is not guilty ever decides to remove a dead body's clothes in a attempt to exonerate from the possibility of being blamed for a crime they did not commit. His story is not adding up and I am sure he can also see that. There’s more to the story . Who undresses a dead body? If he really stumbled upon it the minute he touched that rack or sack that should’ve shook him and ran for his life and got help? Who undresses a dead body and goes home/ student residency or whatever and keeps quiet for two days and not tell a soul even if it was to call his parents if he didn’t want to be involved with the authorities at first. I also don’t think people should play the race card here. The comfortability of undressing the deceased and then wears the clothing that’s disturbing but hopefully both sides get the justice deserved.

U must be his girlfriend or something, no one defends a cold blooded stranger murderer like this. An innocent lady is dead, a family have lost a daughter and you out here pleading for this psycho. Disgusting

@@harmonyxelwa3359 still doesn't make sense though, you're scared of the police more than a dead body! if he didn't want to be implicated he could've just walked away from the start and not involve himself at all because he obviously approached her with the intentions of helping the lady. so why even go there if he's not gonna panic when the worst happens.

@@hebethunanako in the witness stand he said he was curious to see that which was covered with a blanket (he didn’t know it was a dead body ) and upon realising it was a person he checked for signs of life (he classified this act as “trying to help”). Seeing that he had tempered with a crime scene, he then tried to conceal all evidence of him even being there at the first place.
This is when he came with the argument of being a young black man who the justice system would find easy to find him guilty if he had “helped” further.

He could be innocent but because a white woman is dead they'll definitely pin this on him.

I just want to take this moment to appreciates our coutrs of law. Indeed all people are equal. Do you know how many similar crimes happen in other countries and your case doesn't even take 2 days? You get convicted because you are black, I don't even want to talk about the jury systems, if 90% of the jury is white than it's finished for you in this instance.
This young man i find him a bit strange, he's response to the incident, if it's true. His demeanor during the pricedeengs. He really could be guilty or not guilty.
I hope true justice is served for the 2 lives lost.
