Registered TF-AAK, it was returned to its owner (Air Atlanta Icelandic) after the tour, withdrawn from service in 2022, parked and stored in The UK. Now sadly broken up and scrapped as of July 2024.
It's probably stock footage provided by Airbus (their A320 test program was performed in the same area). Bruce was already extremely lucky to be allowed to perform such a flight on a real aircraft for a simple documentary.
ironically the A320 recently overtook the 737 as the best selling plane in history..

Why is the gear still down mid-air?
That's normal during testing. They probably want to test aircraft structure etc.
