Hi I tried this recipe today. I only made half of the recipe so I just adjusted the ingredients to half of everything. I was a bit worried kasi even after chilling the dough for about 20 hours, hindi pa din sya ganun kafirm to be able to make a circle. So hindi ko na sya masyado niroll, i just shaped it to form a bit rounded. I dipped it twice sa confectioners sugar when i noticed na inaabsorb ung sugar so nawawala ung white. You really need to pack it with the confectioners sugar and YOU NEED TO BE FAST. Even though mejo soft ung dough ko when I baked it, it turned out perfect. It was really soft and moist. It looks perfect with the cracks and all and masarap sya. I baked it for 12 minutes not exactly 350 around 325 lang tapos I let it rest after baking for a few minutes sa cooling rack. Ang sarap nya grabe. Sa half na recipe, I baked around 12 pieces pero may tira pang dough so meron pa for tomorrow. Thank you so much for this.

Mine turned out to be sooo goood moist and chewy! Nag adjust lang ako ng egg from 4 to 3 eggs lang kaya hndi runny ung wet ingredients nun pinagsamasama then 1hour ko lng nirest sa fridge instead of 4hrs.

pag po parang lumalambot na sya at mahirap na i roll... ibalik nio po sa freezer na..... tips q po.... ang ginagawa q... i roroll q na muna lahat ... then ibabalik q sa fridge or freezer depende po sayo .... sakin pag rush sa freezer para madali tumigas/lumamig ang dough.... then pag mag sasalang na ako... kinukuha q po kung ilan ang unang batch na salang.... hangang sa matapos ko na lutuin......

tried couple of times using different cocoa.
I noticed na sa isang cocoa sakto yung pagkamoist and chewy niya while for the other one masarap din siya pero nagfflaten masyado yung crinkles and super soft. Do you recommend adjusting any ingredient para hindi siya maging super soft?

hi mam, i tried making the cookies and turned out the best for my first try. but the second one was a failure. Tanong lang po, paano niyo ni-roroll ang dough na hindi messy sa kamay. bakit parang nag-memelt cya habang tumatagal?
pag po parang lumalambot na sya at mahirap na i roll... ibalik nio po sa freezer na..... tips q po.... ang ginagawa q... i roroll q na muna lahat ... then ibabalik q sa fridge or freezer depende po sayo .... sakin pag rush sa freezer para madali tumigas/lumamig ang dough.... then pag mag sasalang na ako... kinukuha q po kung ilan ang unang batch na salang.... hangang sa matapos ko na lutuin......
