I just tried baking this and it is really good, soft and chewy! I also tested the shelf-life and ok pa yung crinkles kahit more then 2 weeks na outside the fridge. Soft pa din yung crinkles. Thank you Chef RV!

Na iyak ako kasi 1st year ko sa baking class pero hangang ngayun eh i only have little knowledge, tapos sometimes hindi ko maintindihan sinasabi nila, kasi nga different language! I had a hard time understanding the knowledge of baking (yun) pero i was so happy when i found this vedio! I learn a lot sayo dahil meron karin explanation na easy to understand. Just tried making this today. I used hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips coz that is what i have on hand. Love that this crinkles is not too sweet and the powdered sugar clings to the cookie. Thank you for the recipe! So easy to make and no chilling required. 😋

BEST RECIPE EVER! Akala ko igigive-up ko na ang crinkles pero tried this kase yung measurement noong ingredients is beginner friendly since hindi masyado madami. Advantage ng mga magsisimula palang. Medj nagrevise lang ako since akala ko 1 cup yung cocoa powder lol my mistake. I added 1 egg then I use around 80ml of oil plus 1/2 cup of melted chocolate. I used JB15 cocoa powder and it tastes amazing! Thank you chef RV! 🫶🏼

I would recommend to switch over to mass and do all recipes in grams and kilograms. First, you only invest in one digital scale, not dozens of volume measuring vessels. Second, you don't have to worry about 'heap', 'level' 'US standard' 'Imperial' spoons and cups etc. If a cup for example is 250g or an ounce 28g, you can use any bowl or cup and measure by weight. So for a recipe like this, 1 bowl on top of a scale would've been enough to measure everything being added.

BEST RECIPE EVER! Akala ko igigive-up ko na ang crinkles pero tried this kase yung measurement noong ingredients is beginner friendly since hindi masyado madami. Advantage ng mga magsisimula palang. Medj nagrevise lang ako since akala ko 1 cup yung cocoa powder lol my mistake. I added 1 egg then I use around 80ml of oil plus 1/2 cup of melted chocolate. I used JB15 cocoa powder and it tastes amazing!

I would recommend to switch over to mass and do all recipes in grams and kilograms. First, you only invest in one digital scale, not dozens of volume measuring vessels. Second, you don't have to worry about 'heap', 'level' 'US standard' 'Imperial' spoons and cups etc. If a cup for example is 250g or an ounce 28g, you can use any bowl or cup and measure by weight. So for a recipe like this, 1 bowl on top of a scale would've been enough to measure everything being added.

New subscriber here.. ito naman next ko gagawin. Naka bake na ko ng chocolate chip cookies(using oil instead of butter) at super happy ako kc no need to chill the dough pati ito. Lahat halos ng nakikita ko recipe ng cookies at crinkles need pa chill, nakakairita wala nga kmi ref, haha. Gusto ko style mo chef na very generous ka to share your knowledge and secret recipes. Parang nag online tutorial ako. Thank you!
