- Most speakers have a big problem: A problem of ums and ahs. So why do we go um, um, um or ah, ah? And how can you get rid of this habit in under 15 minutes? The answer lies in the understanding of why we do it in the first place and then how to get rid of it forever.

As a public speaker, I found this to be very helpful. Thanks!
Hello Professor
Thank you so much for your help and advice,i do appreciate your job.I wish you peace and happness under the sky of prosperity. Take care and have a good time. All the best.
Your Student from Algeria.
Read Sean's website psychotactics for more great information. I'm a retired engineer who was a lot older than Sean before I learned what he presents here. Sean is 1 smart cookie. If you want to be PRODUCTIVE - pay attention - and practice. The old adage, "Practice makes perfect" is a true adage. He understands how 'Intangibles' can make a difference between 'almost' and 'success' in communication.
I'm putting together a video at the moment, on how to remove ums, ahs and other fillers words. I follow Psycotactics (and your Facebook), so was surprised to see a video about speech from you coming up in Google, as I've got your pegged under "copywriting sensi". Your concept makes a lot of sense! Very helpful as always. Thank you.
I love the words quiet and stop. Somehow they relate to me more than pause. Pause has a negative connotation of unwanted break whereas quiet and silence sounds as if keeping the audience in suspense. Thanks for the video!
Hey Sean, really powerful video man, I'm going to put this to the test and see how it goes for me, thanks!
Yes that’s what I did today while trying to welcome the various groups of audience …. Then I did the right thing jus keeping quiet and accessed who were around and trying to speak extempo👍
Thanks for this tip... I like the drawings behind you.
Thank you sir
@cheetucom I liked the close up moments, I really liked the video.
