The dilemma lies in the fact that there's so much competition out there, and your product or service seems to be remarkably similar to the rest. Yet there is a difference! And this is where brand positioning comes in. When you position your brand, you can immediately get customers to choose your product or service over others. But until now there's been no systematic way to get to brand positioning.

Like the focus and simplicity. A couple thoughts that come to mind:
1) How do we balance it so we aren't being merely hopeful vs honest when we "pick the one?"
2) Once we "pick the one" I hope you'll say a bit more about hot to "get the word out." That's sometimes been my challenge!

Sounds like a good technique. However, I am concerned that we are forcing a framework on to the customer's needs and brand positioning method?
Isn't it better to work from natural/intrinsic qualities that a customer might have to create the positioning method?
